Without doubt the best bed and breakfast in Essex. Friendly hosts, idyllic off the beaten track setting yet within 15 minutes of Stansted, 5 minutes to Dunmow and 10 minutes to Braintree. Spacious rooms with ensuite facility's and a hearty breakfast to finish off ( proper butcher's sausages too, no Richmond rubbish here). Cannot recommend highly enough.

Arrived to find a dishevelled property, nothing like the photo on ***********, the farm yard was a mess abd the sheds unappealing, no one appeared, it felt a scary place to be so we left. Was so disappointed, we then had a 4hour drive home.

Absolutely fabulous large cooked breakfast Liz and her side kick were a scream lovely friendly dogs.You need to stay there to see the size of the breakfast.We will be back.😂😂

Breakfast was superb and 10/10
The accommodation was clean and tidy although the shower and basin taps needed some attention (loose fitting)
The showe head needed a de scale as water was flying at all angles
