Sabrina was amazing. Had coffe ready at 4:00 am. Loved her so much super helpful. Would come here for her always. Asked for extra soap and she was super accommodating. Could not say more things about the amaizingness of the service here. Thanks!

Sabrina is great! She was very accommodating and very informative. We will come back only because she is a great person. We asked for an extra Dove bar and she gave us an extra as we work in a restaurant. I hope you know how great this place is. ILY

The staff always has a smile and is very friendly. The breakfast and coffee were always fresh and delicious. All of the ladies who work there were very friendly and beautiful. The night shift woman would always make sure we had everything for breakfast.

I have no complaints. The staff was helpful and friendly. Property was clean, rooms and linen were clean. Housekeeping was also helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel was quiet and gives off a quaint appearance. There are a lot of fast food restaurants in walking distance.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process was very quick and efficient. The area was nice and quiet, with everything basically in walking distance. I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend to my friends and family. It is a serene experience.

Check in took a lot longer than seemed was necessary. We were the only ones checking in at the time, I had my credit card and ID ready. He couldn't find my reservation at first, said my credit card I used for the reservation was different than the one I handed him, but when I checked my online reservation, it was the same one.
Breakfast was gross. The scrambled eggs and sausage were hard from sitting.

The bed was very comfortable. Hot tub jets didn't work and too hot to sit in. Swimming pool was too cold to get in. They did bring a new remote for TV but volume didn't work. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was dirty and the tub was plugged so if you showered you would be standing in a pool of water. The lady that checked me in was super rude. Left a key at the front desk for my husband cause he was coming in later and I was not going to be there and front desk claimed there was no key for him and said they would let him in this one time. Never again I’ll drive from Brainerd or St.Cloud!
