Daylan from the valet is the best at what she does and is as sweet as can be !! We come here for long periods of time and we always look forward to seeing her. She is never too afraid to have a conversation and it seems like she manages her department very well.

What was good....the hotel and room were clean. The desk staff was friendly. Location was ok...you could walk to several pretty decent restaurants. The roof top bar was ok. It was a little too windy and chilly to sit outside but the "inside" seating was good. The waitstaff....average. Food is basically bar food so don't go there with the expectation of an extensive menu. The food was pretty good as far as bar food goes. Beer selection was pretty good. Water pressure was good and temp control was easy/accurate. The hotel was quiet even on the lower floors. Check in and check out were easy and they have an airport shuttle. Room had an iron and ironing board, microwave, and coffee maker. The lobby had a pretty good supply of rescue munchies once it was restocked. The bed was comfortable and bedding was standard. The hotel had a pretty decent gym for a hotel gym. There was a pool and it was used a fair amount by families. What could be better....paid parking (valet)....should offer free self parking options. I would expand the roof top bar menu for more substantial options. Breakfast was available but for a cost.....should be included.

Some front desk staff annoyed with questions as to why we had no internet in our room. Response was “we have internet in the lobby not sure what your issue is.” Then acknowledged in the next sentence that guest internet was down but she had no idea as to when it might be resolved. It should be noted we didn’t ask about the internet issue until it had been down over 2 hours. Room cleanliness is poor. Mold in n showers and lots of “dust bunnies” on the ceiling Rooftop restaurant has a nice view but a 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill. We were there when there were only 2 other tables and could see our food was. ready. It took the server at least 5 minutes to get the food. We had to ask for plates and napkins. Valet staff was fine. Bottom line - would not return

I was so excited to stay at this property due to the easy location to just about everything downtown Little Rock. When I arrived I waited in line behind a mother and daughter who were purchasing alcohol from the “store” in the lobby. The front desk clerk was very friendly and polite with them, smiling and joking. Whenever, it was my turn at the desk I informed her I had reservations. She bluntly asked for my driver’s license and my form of payment. Saying absolutely nothing to me, she handed me back my cards, asked if I was going to valet? I asked if I had to, her response “If you want to wake up with your car still here it’s your only option”. So I pay an extra $27 dollars. She hands me two room keys and that’s it. No this going to be your room, the WiFi is, have a good evening. Nothing but go see those guys about your pass. The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and new. The view was not so much but hey. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. But that front desk clerk left a bad impression from the time I stepped in.

Overall excellent staff, especially the first valet person, Daylan! She really set the expectation and truly took her role to heart, a very personable and customer oriented individual!!! The young lady that checked me in was very courteous as well and then LeLee followed up via text after we checked in and then again the next day!!

The Hotel was very kept up and clean rooms were clean. The valet attendant Logan had a lot of good food suggestions including the rooftop bar upstairs. I just enjoyed Little Rock Arkansas and I will come back for another vacation here soon. = )

Very friendly staff beginning with the valets thru to check-in, the 7th floor bar/restaurant and the breakfast crew. Sadly the 7th floor outdoor area does not offer a view of the river. The valets, while very nice, could not drive my manual-transmission car - so I parked it myself and didn't have to pay the valet charge ($27.50/day). There is more affordable parking but its not adjacent. The place is very clean and modern, room was comfortable with all the amenities. Recommended for a downtown stay.
