The staff is excellent! The feeling of safety is great. The rooms are undated and need of major repairs. I rented a top floor room, received a room with a view of the gas lines , AC?Heating systems and a roof. Could have stepped out the window and walked on the roof. This was the second floor (1st floor for elevator) By paid for a 3rd floor room.

Very large hotel but was like a ghost town and my room was far away from front desk and I had to roll my suitcase a long way to the elevator.
Toilet lid was loose and was dangerous to sit on. Tub had slow drain.
I was charged an additional $10 and still waiting for a phone call to find out the reason.
I liked that there was a restaurant attached

Gentle staff, quick check in and out. Nice and clean installations. The room was so comfortable and clean and I liked the bed and pillows. We add the breakfast and was really good, the staff there were kind and attentive.

Prompt shuttle service. Friendly drivers. Easy check in. Restaurant on site. Setup for breakfast a bit out of the ordinary with staff who get your drinks for you and check you in, but they were very friendly and very helpful. All around a good experience.

I stayed for business and left my car and shuttled to airport. I appreciated they shuttle 24 hrs as I had an early flight. Nice bar, restaurant. Staff helpful. They even adk if they can text you, which is polite. A bit hard to find the correct turn into the parking lot but you can figure it out.

All the rooms booked through ******* are on the 6th floor. Not the best for handy cap people!!! Front desk on Jan 3rd was very very rude!!!!
