There was a personnel shortage, and the one person working when I checked in didn't understand the computer software. It took almost 30 minutes to check in to a PREPAID room.

The hotel was closed and we weren't notified. Left my sister and niece stranded in the middle of the night in Little Rock a not very nice city. Horrible management would not book this hotel. It won’t even be open when you arrive. Read other reviews.

Pros: large space, good shower, many modern conveniences for tech
Cons: this property must have water damage or untended air vents, because the whole interior of property has a moldy smell. You’ll get a whiff as soon as you hit the lobby, and it’ll be in your room, too.

Our bathroom had trash (in the trash can) in it that smelled like feces. The soap was used and their was hair on floor.
We drove late to that hotel because of the indoor pool but it was broken, so the kids were disappointed.
