Great atmosphere and great customer service. Luxury is nice at times Will definitely be back I sure wish they had a swimming pool though but hey have an 18 floors. It’ll be kind of hard. I guess hotel front desk is great and the laundry attendance and housekeeper just as nice nice place.

Great staff and very customer service oriented. Hotel was conveniently located to the Statehouse Convention Center where my Granddaughter had her commencement celebration!would definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Little Rock!

Great experience at Marriott - Downtown Little Rock. My room was clean and looked new. All furnishings were new quality. Neutral colors and trendy. Was in town for a conference. All went well with my stay and was easy. I would recommend that guest have better info on parking. I had to kind of make that up. Did not see (or spot) instructions on where to park as this is not a drop and go parking lot. Valet parking was offered but I did not see the other recommended options less “park anywhere you can park” inferences.

Updated, clean, and has a variety of great amenities. A large gift shop/marketplace, a great restaurant, a large M Lounge for the Elite Members, a Starbucks, a great valet service where you can text to retreat your car AND tip the valets. This Marriott is also very well located in the heart of town on the Arkansas River right by the La Petite Roche or the Little Rock that this city was named after. The staff is very good and the fitness center is massive. The fitness equipment is outdated but functional. I think I worked out on the equipment in the early 90’s! LOL. I don’t stay anywhere else when I come to Little Rock.

The Marriot is located near the Arkansas Tiver and gives nice views of the river from some rooms. I enjoy staying here…Clean hotel room…good food. Is located bear the places that you want to be at in downtown Little Rock…I’d stay at this hotel again

Front desk was very respectful and remembered me from my last visit. The male working around 9pm Wednesday night was who checked me in. Sherri the bartender was so professional and fun. She gave great conversation without being overbearing.

A great place to stay in Little Rock! My only complaint is that there’s is no option other than valet parking, and that is $30. The rooms were clean and offered a great view. The staff was friendly and offered water upon arrival. Overall, I would recommend this property.

The bed was comfortable. The room was large with a view of the water. The only downside was that the bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed and it took a very long time to drain. I did not mention this to management, but I should have brought it to their attention so they could address it. It was a short stay but the Marriott was in a good location. Parking was very limited, unless you used valet.
