Repairs were underway. Plastic from the ceilings to floor in lobby. Staff was rude when I asked about it. Explanation was never offered. No cafe services were available, but again, I had to ask and got a distant nebulous comment. The answer seemed quite passive aggressive.
My room smelled of stale beer. Bathroom floor sticky.
I had two rooms(one for family). We checked in late in the evening or we would have simply left and forfeited the money.
The next morning, as we were leaving, I encountered another high level staff member. Our eyes met so I said “good morning” in an affable tone. She stared at me and made no reply.
There is a major business culture issue in this hotel. They seemed totally unfocused on hospitality.
I stay in hotels about 60 days a year as I visit family. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had with respect to staff rudeness.
And by the way, I’ve never given a bad review before today.

The lady at check-in was so kind and helpful. We come to LR often to follow up with my husband’s neurologist and this location is perfect. We will stay again in the future. Ps- 10/10 for the blackout curtains

Staff were inexperienced and unhelpful. Check in process was very lengthy due to their inablity to explain what they wanted to charge to my credit card.
Also no Breakfast at this hotel despite being charged for it

They were no warning that the property was under construction!! I felt very unsafe walking to the elevator from the front counter, My room. Heat didn’t work! It’s freezing in here !! I called the front desk. No one has responded yet! I’ve been on the road. Driving for over 15 hours. Therefore I can’t relocate due to lack of sleep
