Good location and great area

They charged me 35 extra dollars then what ******* was quoting me and charged me for a extra person a room when we had two then my brother n law bought a room that held people very upset with ******* and this hotel for doing this without explaining to me this especially when I booked the rooms it was set at 130 or 135 don’t stay here or you will get ripped off

This is a good well run hotel, currently (November 30 2023) going through some remodeling. After the remodel is complete, it should be a great hotel. I appreciated that construction noise stopped promptly at 5pm.

We came to Little Rock to have a look around as we will be relocating there. We picked this hotel due to the pics and reviews. We stayed 3 nights here. The room was nice. Bed comfy, plenty of pillows. We felt safe coming and going. What made the stay so unsatisfactory was the breakfast. We usually love the free breakfast and I pick hotels based off that, so we don't have to run out the door first thing just to eat. But we sure did these 3 days. The same over microwaved turkey sausage patties and links every day. The pancake machine needed the belts cleaned so they shut it off. I tried to have oatmeal instead and it was so watered down and just gross that I can't imagine anyone ate it. Such a waste. We each had a banana and had early lunches every day. Also, do you not have hot chocolate packets for your guests? I would pick a different HIE to stay at if you plan to count on breakfast as a meal. Your breakfast attendant was not personable at all. I work at a hotel and am the breakfast attendant. This may be why I am more irritated at this than some others would be, but, smile, welcome your guests, see if you can do anything for them... Also, when an item is out, refill it. Your guests appreciate the small things and will keep coming back. End of rant...

It was an overall great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very accommodating.

Property was under renovation and we were not notified prior to arrival. We may have cancelled. Very little parking available. Paint and sheet rock dust all over the 1st floor area. Room was ok though.

They were in the middle of remodeling without any advanced warning. Also, five cars had their windows smashed and were broken into. One car was stolen. We had stayed here before and were very pleased…very disappointed in this stay

Hotel under renovation.floors not vaccun after work. Unhealthy for anybody with allergies,asthma and Copd. White dust all over the place. I show receptionist the medicine that i have to take for my condition and didn't move me to another room because i had 2 rooms reservations and the rest of the family was already in bed.

Did not touched up the paint for ceiling leaking inside the room.
