I'm really hoping this gets the owners attention as the manager never addressed my issue. I reserved two 1-bedroom king suites for one night as we had an early morning flight the next morning. Based on the reviews I chose this hotel. The desk clerk was most attentive as we checked in and three tired travelers had delicious burgers and a drink at the bar. The bar tender was delightful. The problem arose when I found out later that night that the 2nd room I booked (not the one I was in obviously) was NOT a 1-bedroom king suite though a regular king room like you find everywhere. I contacted the front desk and was told that our family was in the WRONG room and that they should be in the room across from us. The room they were in was out of order and had a defective lock! Don't leave the room or you will get locked out. Again, I was told that room was out of order and it shouldn't have let anyone in. Well it did, and apparently after they went to bed they had people trying to get into the room several times, The next morning as we checked out, I gave our two keys with key holders to the front desk and showed the 2 room numbers for the rooms we had for the night. I was told by the desk that they were aware of the problem and wouldn't be checking out the 2nd room until manager was in to take care of it. Well it was taken care of in the terms of nothing was changed and we were charged for 2 one-bedroom king suites when that wasn't what we got. I'm giving a hefty 1 star with the hopes that I'll get someone's attention. For the record, neither room eared 5 stars as they were both very tired. Well you guessed it, the next time I fly into Little Rock I will be staying somewhere else. Wham, bam, I'm over and out!
