Unbelievably helpful. I had to travel to attend a funeral and it was amazing how the staff went out of their way to meet my needs.

The size was nice, it was not as clean as I felt that it should be and as far as having the shuttle ready to go to the hospital the next morning the driver didn't show up so it was a total inconvenience

Clean and comfortable facility. All the staff were friendly and professional.
I was in room 317 and my 2nd night, the door would not open after multiple attempts and with assistance. This was 11 pm in freezing temps. I was relocated to a different room --which was a satisfactory solution.

I got there late and realized that I would be able to see the Dr. early so, the lady at front desk was very nice about checking me out early without much complications. Always very nice people. The shuttle was very efficient as well.

Staff were verry courteous. Barbra the check receptionist on the Tuesday evening was more than helpful. i was really impressed with your shuttle service to and from the VA appointment. your rooms clean and comfortable.
