Horrible! Smells , tv had spaghetti sauce on the screen . Didn’t stay long felt nasty just being in there ! We Couldn’t get our money back so we booked another hotel across the street at holiday inn ..

Have stayed at this property before and it was ok. That is why I chose to stay again
This time, NO!
Noisy! Neighbors banging doors which made the whole floor shake.
Some of the doors looked like they had been kicked in.
Chunks of wall missing.
And generally looking “run down”

This place is cheap, close to the airport, close to Simmons Arena, and there's a Waffle House literally right across the parking lot. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

The room provided had other people’s stuff in it and it was dirty. I could not stay at this hotel. Will need a full refund.

Did not even stay in the motel. There was a suspicious man in the parking lot that exchanged a few words with us. A short time later he appeared to be breaking into a car and was still there when we located our room. We just left.

I was there for a week with my wife from the ending of December to the first week of January. Not too much going on in the area, but the hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. There isn't much disturbance from planes landing and taking off, as the airport is not very busy. There's a Waffle House on the premises and a service station right next door where you can get food and just about everything else. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the manager "Tiffany" for going out of the way to move me to a new room after an uncomfortable and disturbing experience very early one morning. I will definitely stay there again.
