Loved my stay

The workers are rude the hotel us nasty and they are over priced for the condition of the hotel in the hospitality

Horrible stay this time around no towels were I the room the room was filthy and the sheets and covers had nail polish and urine stains one them. The TV did not work so could relax and watch it and the microwave and refrigerator were nasty and the fridge did not work either. Last time I will ever stay at this location.

The rooms, need a paint job and needs to be updated

First off when I called it sounded like a mad house in the office. Kids were screaming and the gentleman that answered the phone didn't act like he care. I had to tell him I couldn't hear him over the screaming child and tv. The pictures that are shown online look nothing like what my room looked like. When I arrived I had to stand there 10 mins just for someone to come to the desk, he could have careless or doesn't care about his job. Rude and I don't care attitude. I asked if it was a non smoking room and he said no, I said I would really prefer non smoking, he didn't even look to see if there was one available. The furniture was beat up, holes in the wall, holes in the curtains, the door had an issue trying to get into it, we won't even discuss the bathroom that was disgusting. It was dark and sketchy in my opinion. The bed literally looked like someone had just got done setting on it. The air conditioning unit needs replace. Only good thing was they hey allowed pets.

The room was filthy. Got up this morning and was taking a shower and there were roaches crawling in and out of the shower.
