Very clean rooms. Updated with lots of outlets & USB ports. Friendly staff. They were late getting breakfast ready. Got our room & the key card would not open the door. We were promptly given a new room and had no problems with the key card. Would stay here again

Was visiting family in the hospital and needed a clean safe place to stay at a reasonable price on short notice! Quality Inn in West Little Rock fit the bill perfectly. The staff were friendly and efficient. Looking forward to staying again in the near future.

The hotel isn't right next to a major highway. This means little noise and a good night's sleep. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. There was a Subway almost in the hotel parking lot. We were tired from traveling and that met our needs for supper. The room was very spacious and CLEAN. Comfortable bed and good wifi service. All I had was coffee the next morning but the breakfast looked typical for most hotels. We will be staying here again

The property is tucked away in a rather seedy section of West Little Rock. Very few options for food in the area and none within walking distance. You would not want to walk anyway. The property next door, Motel 6, obviously is a drawing card for those with low esteem and certainly lacking basic human qualities. Two fights in one night requiring the police. Drinking outdoors, loud and boisterous behavior. Don't stay at Quality Inn.

The outside of the hotel looks like a condemned building in a war-zone, I actually thought it was closed. Swimming pool closed. Inedible breakfast. Took a $50 dollar deposit from my credit card and I still don’t have this back after almost two weeks.

My wife had major oral surgery done and we had to stay there for a couple of days for her to recover before traveling home. The room was quiet, clean and the front counter persons were very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again in the future.
