Stayed at this place for four nights during Eclipse 2024. Spacious room and very quiet, especially for ground floor accommodations. Adequately equipped kitchen, though we did not cook much. Pretty good breakfasts and very friendly staff. Mattress was a little firm for our liking, so we purchased a foam mattress topper locally. We had a roll-in shower room, and a few things need attention here: shower curtain does not reach the floor, and an additional fold-down shelf for toiletries is needed. Also - only one chair at the table; two seems more appropriate. The room needs some tech updates: more USB ports and newer TVs that can handle streaming services. We also thought it odd that no one came to freshen our room the entire time we were here - in fact, no attempts to contact us regarding room cleaning were ever made. We don’t often stay in extended-stay hotels, but we thought that going four nights with no changing of linens seemed odd. We find it interesting that hotels don’t offer any selection of bed firmness these days, especially since so many people have different preferences. We would probably stay here again if we were given a softer bed option.

I like to stay at Homewood Suites hotels, but this one does not deserve its high rating. When we arrived, it took at least 15 minutes to get our key. I had a confirmed reservation, but they couldn't get to it in their computer system. Finally after 3 people working on it, we were able to check in. Then the next morning I went downstairs for coffee only to find the *****iest coffee station - no milk, half & half, or flavored creamers, only regular or decaf coffee dispensers, and NO tops to their coffee cups! If you went around to the breakfast station they had a carafe of milk, but no cup tops. The breakfast station was skimpy with less than half of the selections as other Homewood Suites locations, and this was a Saturday morning where you have more time for a leisurely breakfast. The breakfast server was non-appologetic. I'm sure she must hear all this a lot, and the management doesn't really care. Beds were comfy, and clean. The elevators make piercing bells noises for EACH floor. Not the best stay in Little Rock that I have experienced.

The staff here are very racist. I was told I smoked in my room, which I did NOT, by the staff and then told that I couldn't have my luggage until I paid a $250 smoking fee. I even asked if I could at least have my medication I need to take daily and was told NO. I've contacted hotel several times to ask if I could please have my things and staff was very rude to me and when I finally did get a hold of Gilipsia (sp?) Who I was told was GM she was even worse than her staff as far as her mannerism and lack of information was concerned. Apparently "they" want my personal things SO much it was worth not only losing a customer over but also their

The hotel was good but the staff and employees need to step up their efforts. The breakfast was sub par and missing so many items due to staff lack of refilling items. The entire staff was sluggish and lazy. Usually homewood suites are on point with service and the breakfast buffet is usually great- but not this particular hotel. Do better

I enjoyed my two-night stay at this Homewood Suites. Employees were warm and friendly; one gave a great suggestion on a nearby restaurant for dinner. The common areas of the hotel and my room were very clean. The breakfast was the standard complimentary breakfast offering by Hilton brands that do this -- nothing stunning, but certainly adequate. Mildred was working the breakfast area the one morning my friend took advantage of it. I couldn't find peanut butter and asked if there was any. She said unfortunately there was not, but she showed up at my table two minutes later with peanut butter for me. Nice job, Mildred. The snack area was well-stocked, though everything was a bit overpriced. All-in-all, a very satisfying stay.

Centrally located and not far from the airport, this hotel was a great respite during a busy weekend. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was fresh and clean. The breakfast was good. The onsite parking was convenient. I would stay there again.

This is a fantastic hotel, and we love staying here. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which we found lacking.
