Best Hotels near Oak Hill Trailhead, Littleton

We had a conference at this hotel and booked here as the pic on the website showing it’s a nice hotel, but I should also read the reviews. The hotel is terrible, dated, smells and not friendly staff. The bed room only has one exposed power plug you can use to charge your stuff. I had laptop, iPad, iPhone and I watch and I was charging couple in the bathroom. The rest of power were behind the bed or the tv stand very hard to read to. The TV in my room did not work, I called the front desk and they told to use the switch in the room entrance but still did not work. They told me to come down and get new remote. What a customer service. The bathroom towels are small and not good for drying someone after shower. The breakfast buffet is lame for what you pay. $19 plus plus. No coffee in the room, no ice bucket, no laundry bag. I saw basic stuff missing at this hotel, I had to say it was beyond poor. For sure I will never stay here or even recommend it. When I told the front desk lady about the power outlet and the TV she talk to the manger in a very not friendly way aka rude. I thought it was only me, all my colleagues were not happy about their stay here. Next time I will let the event organizers not select venue like this or I will not invest in an event hosted by this type of venue.

Our family stayed at SpringHill Suites North Devens Corner two weeks ago. Although we were in town for an athletic event at Progin Park we were NOT part of the Mass Soccer Association group staying at the hotel. I have no issues with this physical property-it is fairly new and well maintained. Outside of the hotel was clean and well kept. There were luggage trolleys available and working elevators to the three floors. The first floor included a medium size heated pool area and separate workout/fitness room. All equipment was in working order and the pool area was clean when we arrived. We also used the laundry facilities while we were there. All machines were working and only $1 a load. The laundry area did have a lot of debris and trash on the floor though. We arrived a little early and after a mix up with our room, we settled in. We were notified upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked. Which was a huge disappointment to be moved from our pre-booked room. We are rewards members and book using the app for this very reason, so we will never be bumped from a room-but we were. That issue was cleared up with the help of front desk staff. I found all the staff to be friendly and accommodating. There is an outdoor seating area and an indoor lobby seating area where the breakfast is held. The free complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of cold items, two types of fresh fruit and three hot items (breakfast sandwich, sausages and pre-cooked omelet bites). This area was clean and the staff was VERY attentive and kind. Pool met our needs and was heated and clean-no hot tub. The room we had was a suite and had two full size beds and an older style pull out couch. The room was clean, bathroom was a split and was clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. There was only one TV for the space. Kitchen area had a sink, microwave and mini fridge. All were clean with a small coffee maker. After checking in and getting settled we used the pool and went to our event and dinner. When we returned we saw a very different hotel. The hotel was in fact sold out and the lobby area was FILLED with parents from the Youth Soccer Organization event. They had taken over the lobby and breakfast area and were occupying every table. There were also excessive amounts of alcohol and drinking. In coolers, open containers, in bags on the floor, set up on the tables-pretty much everywhere. It was very apparent that these 50 or so people were intoxicated. Where are all their children you ask? Running wild in the hotel. We saw kids ranging from 3-15 trashing doors and hallways, spilling drinks on the floor and carpet, grinding food into rugs and on doors. While returning to our room I observed kids opening creamers in the free coffee area and pouring them on the floor and throwing them at doors. It was disgusting. Stopped by on our way traveling through town. The hotel is clean, good continental breakfast. Area is quiet. Price was very reasonable. But the staff were above & beyond, exceptional!! I don’t have their names, but thanks to the night shift check-in guy, dark hair & glasses. You were very courteous. And to the older gentleman the next morning serving breakfast & check-out. You were especially nice to us & our children, that means a lot! Guys like you are the definition of people who should be working with the public!!

Great hotel with great value for your money. The location is very close to the highway in route to Boston. The rooms are nice and clean and the amenities are great. All in all a great stay for a families of five.

We LOVED The Archer Hotel! So many little, well thought out details, the likes of which are normally found in more costly hotels. We were blown away by this boutique hotel right from the start - the inviting lobby boasts plenty of windows, brick, and an industrial chic vibe. You quickly notice the penny candy (on display adjacent to check in), the refreshing lemon/lime/orange water, the comfy chairs of all types and sizes, and the pool table if you're so inclined. The rooms, large, well decorated and very clean are filled with sweet surprises behind every door. From the complimentary oh-so-creamy caramels and Fiji water, the Nespresso machine complete with glass cups and saucers, to the robe in the closet and slippers in the bathroom, we were delighted with each discovery. Personally, the bed was too hard for me and my husband, but it was nicely adorned with plenty of pillows of assorted poof. Both nightstands had ample USB slots for charging our devices and the coat rack on the wall inside the door was handy and a better place for our coats than the bed! I absolutely loved the ceiling decor by the elevators...a collection of ceiling medallions in a blue-silver hue, as well as the color scheme in the hallways and room doors. We took advantage of a recent drink & dine offer, a $25 credit to be used at their AKB bar/kitchen. We ordered their classic breakfast sandwich; eggs, cheese, spinach, and tomato, with this incredible savory sauce served on a toasted brioche roll (I’m salivating as I type). Delivered to our room with coffee and tea, it was one of the most memorable egg sandwiches I have ever had! The location was good - close to the Burlington Mall and so may restaurants. 3rd Avenue is also host to a couple of eating spots, bowling and arcade, and Wegman's grocery store. If I’m going on and on about this hotel, it’s because I loved it so. We are hoping to try another Archer Hotel in a different city soon!

Great clean place with very nice helpful staff. The location is perfect…close to restaurants and shopping.

The Hotel is was good and clean, about 40 minutes to Boston and 25 to Worcester. Rooms are average with nicely updated bathrooms. The restaurant leaves a LOT to be desired, buffets are sp**** and weird. The hot tub has been broken for a year, seriously? The beds are tiny, not even full size if you ask me. Pool was warm but the pool area was cold so it was uncomfortable. It's a good place to stay a night or two but not more than that. FYI, if 4 people check in there should be 4 bath towels in the room. They should also be given the same number of water bottles as cookies. Very cheap to give less water than cookies.

Best Residence Inn I’ve visited. Sparkling clean, modern, even luxurious. Staff very friendly and responsive. Fitness center is also spacious, good accessories like weighted med balls, foam rollers, mats, etc. to complement your workout. Not walking distance to central Concord (unless you REALLY like walking), but a very short drive. Location is quiet, not much traffic noise. And finally: it SMELLS terrific. Not just “new hotel” but a nice welcoming subtle vanilla-ish scent. The little things: great hair dryer, USB ports everywhere, a small working or eating table that can be pulled up to the couch (which includes a chaise longue) to hold your drinks or laptop.
