Hotels Near Galilee South Community Church in Littleton

My stay was great I was never hassled about anything everything worked, and I felt comfortable and safe. Too bad the breakfast is suspended because of the plague sigh although drinks are still available tho as for single women good luck... sp**** comes to mind.

Our trip was for a 3 night stay in Highlands Ranch, CO from NJ for a family event. We arrived at 1:20pm tired and hungry, and asked if we could check in early. Room not ready (understandable as a lot of places in the service industry are short handed) but, ok, we will go find somewhere to eat. Front desk attendant was helpful in that aspect. We returned at 2:40 and still not ready. We waited in the lobby for an HOUR and 15 minutes to FINALLY get our room! That was close to an hour and 1/2 PAST the check in time. While waiting I was looking up other places in the area to stay but to no avail as there were events in the area that sold out local hotels. The front desk staff were very substandard for a Hilton. Very unprofessional and my sister and I said our trip would have been paid for in full if we had a dollar for every time they said,”I’m sorry or I apologize” to, not only us, but to other guests, we could over hear while we waited over an hour to check in. Also, “ I will have to ask my manager but he/she isn’t here.” We heard that one a few times during our stay and passing by the desk. I don’t know that a manager was ever present. After 2 confrontations with the front desk we finally were able to check in. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites in other states and none of them were as bad as this one! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (pillows were a little too soft for my liking). HOWEVER…the bed had a top sheet, a thin blanket(what I thought it was) and a bedspread. After the first night I realized what I thought was a thin blanket was actually a DUST RUFFLE between the top sheet and the bed spread!! (Picture attached) Who uses a dust ruffle as a blanket??!! When we pulled out the couch bed we could not locate the bedding for it. After a trip to the front desk and asking a very rude young woman (spoke to me like I was a 5 yr old) where the bedding is located I returned to make the bed. They give you a fitted sheet, a top sheet, a thin cotton blanket, and NO pillow cases! The bathroom was fine and no problems with the shower but don’t expect any room cleaning service or fresh towels! We had to go to the incompetent front desk staff again and ask for towels and more toilet paper. The breakfast is still using Covid precautions with no hot food other than Oatmeal packets and individually wrapped breakfast sandwiches that you have to heat up in the VERY DATED microwave. The fruit was bananas and oranges and if you didn’t get there before 7:30 you weren’t getting any fruit! We managed through our 3 night stay but we will not return to this one again. The hotel is in a great location but that is really all it had going for it in my opinion!

We stayed here after a concert at Red Rocks and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were especially noteworthy. I often don’t sleep well in hotels and I got one of the best nights of sleep I have had all year. I was glad there was lots of coffee at breakfast because we only had one package of regular coffee in our room. Overall it was great, thank you!

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was nice and extremely clean that’s a plus for me. The staff very nice but especially I want to give thanks to the maintenance guy for helping me open my room door while my daughters were in the room sleeping with the latch on the door I couldn’t get them to wake up and open the door so ty maintenance for your help on this matter. Love the outdoor pool! Will defenitely be booking here again soon!!

Good features: (1) Place has a dinosaur motif - lots of bones and artifacts in the lobby and dining area, lots of murals all around stairs and exterior walls, there's a 'dino expert' on duty 7am-10am Fri-Sun in lobby, with lots of toy dinosaurs to do 'show & tell.' (2) Generally quiet area - it's set of the main road by a side street, with plenty of parking. (3) Beds and rooms comfortable. (4) Hot breakfast with variable choices each day - sometimes link sausages, sometimes corned beef hash, etc., although their potatoes were less than MacDonald's quality. Not good features: it's a pet-friendly place, and they do try and locate pets along one or two of their four 'wings.' Except we are not dog owners, and were put into one of the 'dog wings,' unbeknownst to us, for our 5-day stay. Generally not a problem, except next door to us there was a 'yapping' dog over the weekend. Their owners just left the dog alone in their room for hours at a time, and the dog was understandably upset and constantly yapping and whining. We complained to night manager, who simply stated: ”dog owners do this all the time, there's nothing I can do since they're not in their room.” He suggested we take it up with manager in the morning, which we did. She stated that night mgr could have called the dog owners on their cell and told them to come back to room, since hotel has everyone's cell phone numbers. She also said we could have requested a room away from dog wings when we first checked in, but how is one to know to ask for that? We suggested that in the future they have a sign at front desk that states just that - if you don't want to be in the dog wings, ask for a room in the non-dog wings. Manager did give us 10% off our bill for our inconvenience. Note: We don't dislike dogs; we just dislike bad dog owners who leave their pets unattended for hours at a time in a strange room

An Excellent stay it was indeed for me! The accommodations are some of the best I have ever had the privilege to enjoy on kinda short notice, it seemed at the time. My Suite was designed nearly Excellently....I just Loved it!! You can do as you will discreetly....much like being in the comforts of your own dream home, it seems! Being in the middle of demographic changes like I am, this site property premises become a most welcome discovery for me in such a great location, with local venue options in near perfect location to these suites! This being the case with future job obligations rising accordingly. Such terrific dining service, Excellent food for a daily meal! I felt very much at home for a change, rather than just typical lodging facility. Just all-around Excellent Service by an Excellent Staff!! Thank You All So Much for now!! We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.

Nothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.

First let me say that I normally post very positive reviews but that is not the case this time. Also, I can only speak for the room we were in which was 413. The room was very clean and you could smell the sanitizer when we first walked in the room. It was not overpowering but you could smell it. My issues with this particular room were the bathroom. The lighting was extremely poor and it was not conducive to applying makeup. Also, the shower is not setup very user friendly. The door can swing in or out but it is positioned so that when you turn on the water to warm it up you have to step in and get blasted with cold water. Not something I cherish to have happen. At one point during our stay two out of three elevators were out of order. When we left there was still one elevator that was out of order and had been most of our stay. The front desk staff was not friendly and no one at the desk gave me a warm and fuzzy glad you are here feeling. The best of the staff is in the restaurant and the shuttle driver. Shout out to Kookie, Jessica, Fernando and Jason in the restaurant. They definitely know how to interact with the guests and make you feel welcomed. Austin the shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I would love to give this hotel an excellent rating but in my humble opinion nothing except the restaurant and shuttle driver are worthy.
