酒店是中央空調，但不開主機，房間又沒電風扇，衹能打赤膊，開門坐窗户口吹吹風，降降温。真的太熱了，根本睡不着。不小心睡著了就跟洗桑拿一樣。

酒店不錯，門口就可以停車，房間很大，有暖風和地暖，床墊也很舒服，就是多問了一句房間能見太陽嗎，前台大概沒聽懂有點不耐煩，其它都挺好，睡眠感很好。

辦理入住前台態度惡劣，當面嘲笑行動不便的我家人，真不知道酒店怎麼培訓的！崗前培訓也不篩選，是個人都能站前台嗎？不懂禮貌，還指手畫腳説殘疾人怎麼樣怎麼樣，別以為我們聽不懂，再怎麼是客人，這態度沒人管嗎？發票問題追了三天，各種怠慢的態度，讓人噁心。期間換了兩三個人都是如出一轍的噁心！預訂這麼多酒店，還是第一次這麼差評！這副嘴臉，希望預訂人都好好看看，一不小心就被他們嘲諷了

離柳州市區約40多分鐘的車程，去市區比較方便路挺好走的 都是快速路，酒店裝修不錯，設施可以，衞生乾淨，就是前台的電話有點難打，打了幾次才接，不過凌晨人手不足也能諒解吧
