As a loyal fan of Atour, I was once again not disappointed with my stay at this branch. Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn to the warm and minimalist decor. The Zhuju Reading Bar offered a quiet and relaxing space, perfect for a brief respite during my travels. The guest room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, and the bedding was just the right firmness – my fatigue instantly melted away. The room's soundproofing was excellent; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway. The 24-hour self-service laundry room with a dryer function is incredibly convenient for those on long business trips. The front desk staff were patient and courteous, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The complimentary late-night porridge was both warming and comforting. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes with fresh ingredients and a palatable, home-style taste. From the hardware facilities to the soft services, you can feel the dedication of the hotel. It's an excellent choice for both business travel and leisure trips. I've already saved it and will prioritize booking here again!

The hotel’s entrance is hidden from the street. It is in the parking lot behind the building. Guests smoke a lot, so the cigarette smoke smell lingered in the lobby all the time. My room had faint cigarette smell. The bed is good, and the noise from the outside is expected because of the location. The laundry room was useful. The breakfast was okay when you factor in the size of the hotel.

I have been paying attention to the craftsman for a long time. I learned that they opened the first city hotel in Liupanshui next to the high-speed rail station. I just needed to travel by Liupanshui and came to live. Overall, I felt quite good. Many green plants in the store were really comfortable haha, I like this brand because their mountain homestays have done a good job before; the transportation is really convenient. There is a snack street not far from the neighborhood where you can eat a lot of local specialties. Go to the high-speed rail station and walk directly for 5 minutes. I also like breakfast very much, there are many categories, the bread is delicious; in short, I am very satisfied with 👍 I will choose Lula next time.

The front desk service was unprofessional and careless. The first room I was assigned hadn't even been cleaned, and they didn't acknowledge their mistake. My room was on the 9th floor, and they made me go all the way back to the front desk with all my luggage to switch rooms. The second room I got had a broken Wi-Fi. When someone came to fix it, their attitude was awful; they told me I was being a hassle. I was so angry! The next morning, I went for breakfast, and the restaurant asked for a breakfast voucher, which I was never given. I had to go back to the front desk again to get one. I'm truly very dissatisfied with their service; it's completely unprofessional.

The location is very good, the high-speed rail station is also six yuan by taxi, the hotel restaurant and the quarantine hotel are the same restaurant, so the breakfast will be more people, but the waiter cleans the countertop quickly, the food is also very fast, the food choice is many, delicious, the front desk clerk is polite, The chartered master introduced is very good, very familiar with the size of the place, it is worth recommending.

The Tsuen Wan Hotel is newly opened. The room 502 is very large and new. The shower room and the toilet are separated. Especially there is a sink on both sides. It is very convenient to use. The hot water is sufficient. The service staff is very good. After the restaurant and washing machine are perfected, it is very very good. It is also very close to the high-speed rail station, and it will be there for a short walk. recommend!

The newly opened hotel has all new facilities and equipment. This is the best hotel I stayed at in Liupanshui (both the overall environment and room layout). It's also right next to the high-speed rail station, sharing the same parking lot, so even on rainy days, you don't have to worry about getting wet while walking to the station. Perhaps the area is still under construction, the signage for our rental car in Liupanshui was terrible. The first time, we took the wrong road and couldn't get into the parking lot. The traffic lights in Liupanshui are also absurd; a red light lasts 99 seconds, and a green light only 20 seconds. Even without driving, it's difficult to get a ride-hailing car to the hotel entrance; you either have to wait in the parking lot or walk onto the street (which is very dangerous). After check-in, the staff gave us a complimentary breakfast. Compared to other hotels in other cities, the breakfast here was very plentiful, and the service was excellent. Since it was a cool and rainy day when we checked in, the hotel provided heating, but it was always stuffy. Even with the fan or air conditioning on at night, the air coming out was hot, which was very uncomfortable. We could only sleep with the window open, but it was still quite noisy outside. Around 1 AM, cars were honking, and around 3 AM, the karaoke bar downstairs was still having music (I was woken up by the noise). Next time, we'll have to ask for a higher floor. One small suggestion: the TV's wireless screen mirroring doesn't support Youku VIP content, only SVIP. It's unreasonable to have to pay extra just to watch TV while traveling. Huazhu Club members in other cities can play these content. It would be better if this could be improved in the future!

The Tongxi Haven Hotel – Liupanshui High-speed Railway Station is very close to Liupanshui High-speed Railway Station, making it easy to find. There are many dining options downstairs, and transportation is also convenient. The hotel is newly renovated, clean, and hygienic, with disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers, which is a big plus. The front desk staff's service attitude is excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Liupanshui.

Booking this newly opened hotel in April 26 on Trip.com , I was a little nervous, because the newly opened reviews did not know what the actual situation was. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the style of the lobby and the warm reception of the service staff. And our original room included a breakfast, and the old couple stayed in. After communicating with the sales manager, they immediately upgraded to two breakfasts for free. Staying for a week feels super cost-effective, rich breakfast, tall and spacious rooms, modern and smart facilities. Will highly recommend to friends. Super praise!
