No hot water.....luke warm. Lots of construction guys came in after working and when that happened there was no hot water....i let it run two different occasions that evening to try and bathe but to no avail. Also asked for non smoking which they did but someone didnt follow rules had to be moved because it smelled like a casinon in the 80s. Real ashtray like. But they moved me.

Smooth check in and clean location. Felt safe and quiet. Comfortable bed and shower had great water pressure. It was great that the washroom sink was outside the restroom.

Room very clean, modern, comfortable bed. Breakfast was better and had more variety then most. They have 2 ports of comp EV charging.
