This hotel was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean. Hot tub was nice and hot. Super close to the airport and nkt far from turning stone. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable as well.

Cam & Chelsea were able to help me when my family plans changed quickly. The hotel was very nice and the pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Thanks for the help, would definitely recommend for anyone on travel or just looking for a pool and hot tub around Syracuse.

Let me start off by saying CAM AND MICHELLE were top tier. They were so helpful! Michelle was a star and Cam was also awesome! I will recommend this place to everyone! I’ll definitely be back BECAUSE of them. The room was beautiful even had a little stove top! Shower had great pressure. Breakfast was awesome and pretty cheap. Great pool and hot tub. 10/10 I will be back next month. My family comes to visit every few months and they will only be staying here! What a great experience and thank you again Michelle for you help yesterday before check in! Cam was also pretty great! Don’t let these ladies go!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Best Western Inn today so I left & went to Holiday Inn. The receptionist Diana was so sweet, helpful, understanding & kind! She turned my terrible day around in 2 minutes & I love her for that! Give her a raise!! 💰 😊 definitely would come back!!

Great customer service!!! Always willing to help make your stay pleasant. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The food from the bar and grill is always great, (especially the wings). Breakfast buffet is always good as well with the opportunity to get a fresh made omelet.
