My go to hotel in Liverpool perfect location right in the city centre Rooms are great and staff always very friendly and welcoming

The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding of my check-in situation. The room was compact but the view from my window was worth the lack of space. No desk, no chair, 2 generic hangers, and hardly any shelf space so be aware!

I didnt stay. I dont understand why you would make a hotel room so small? No where to put your bag, no WiFi for the TV, glass door to the toilet? No room to move! If you want somewhere for just the night then fine but not to stay and come and go. I asked to cancel but it was non refundable but left anyway. I've stayed in better hostels

Quite far from Liverpool lime street station, the room is super tiny but at least it has aircon.

The location is great, but the room size is quite small compared to the easyhotel in either Sheffield or Newcastle. Anyway, generally is good.

The air conditioning kept turning off automatically, and I'm not sure why. But if I didn't have it on, there was a strange smell in the room. The location is excellent. It would be even better if there was a mini-fridge. The lack of a desk and chair was a bit inconvenient. The staff were all very nice. Overall, it's a great value-for-money option for solo travelers!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Liverpool city center. It's perfectly fine for a solo traveler staying one night, and the room offers pretty good value for money. Everything is conveniently close by.

Great location, aircon was good especially in the heat. Rooms were very compact but did the job. Ideal for a 1 night stay. The bathroom had a glass wall which didn’t offer any privacy

Central staying and very clean facility. Rooms are not huge but good for short stays.

Overall the room is not so big and there is no table and desk for working. The staff is warm. The location is very convenient.

The location was fantastic, close to shops many bars and restaurants, staff could be a bit more accountable, I waited 10 minutes until they were able to help me check in .

Was marks on the sheets and wasn’t sure what they were. Service was good though I wish there was a kettle for hot water

The room was just big enough for the bed, with no space to open luggage. The air conditioning worked well. The interior felt a bit dirty, especially the bed.

The location is excellent, very close to sites and restaurants. The view from the window was breathtaking, you could see the beautiful buildings and partial view of the port. The windows don't open and the room is very small, barely any space between bed and walls so can be slightly claustrophobic. Some noise from the venues playing loud music can be heard during weekends, but for the price the room has everything you need.
