Wasn’t very happy with the lack of breakfast, I paid £16 for a cooked breakfast and was told in the morning that all that was available was cereals .I asked for a refund and am waiting to see if they honour their word by refund me soon .

Room wasnt cleaned for the whole duration of 3 nights
No clean bedding
No clean towels provided unless asked for
No toilet roll
Bins not emptied and smelt
No cleaning at all!!!
Checked the bedding and was black insects and stains on the sheets
Disgusting dirty carpets
Lifts were broke for a whole 2 days resulting in using the stairs with a bad hip and offered no compensation

Very bad or worst hotel, do not book or plan to stay here.
Very dirty rooms, it is not as described, mentioned there is sofa and king bed but it weren't there.
Dirtiest floor, not been vacuumed for long time.
Dust on table is so thick.
The body wash was empty, It took 2hrs to get a filled one.
Blood stains everywhere.
The wasn't even made properly.

The hotel needs renovations and improvements. The photos on the booking app are misleading. The carpet was very dirty, full of dust and hair from previous guests. The towels smelled bad. There was no housekeeping service during our three-night stay. It's important to carefully read the service details; perhaps the translation on the booking page isn't accurate. The staff's service could be better. At night, we saw some very shady-looking people entering the hotel. The only positive point is the location, near the port and next to the metro station.

The hotel is a 15min walk from Liverpool Lime Station. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was quiet. The room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities I needed including an iron. Extra points for that because I used it.
The bathroom was also clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

Everything was nice and clean. The only minus could be is that we couldn't open a windows, but otherwise all perfect!

The location is fantastic, right above a subway station. It's also very close to the harbor, offering excellent value for money. I'd definitely stay here again next time. Just a heads-up: remember to close the bathroom door when showering, otherwise, the steam can set off the room's alarm.

Room is extremely huge, bed so comfy. Receptionist made us smooth check in and very nice location.
