Staycity Aparthotels Liverpool Waterfront

Brilliant central location. Really friendly reception staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. The additional microwave with dishwasher and fridge freezer were really useful. Nice hot shower, bit on the small side. I didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment. The gym was more than adequate. Short walk to the docks or in to the city centre. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, decent interior, clean, but nothing special. Room felt a bit cold. Limited service as marketed as Aparthotel. No cleaning before 1 week stay.

The studio apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. We did not eat there, but there was always coffee, tea and milk for the asking at the front desk. We arrived early and was able to check in to the room and when leaving, they held our luggage til that afternoon at no charge. The location was great and walkable for all we wanted to do in Liverpool, very centrally located. Quite at night, blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Good size bathroom and nice fluffy towelsbut the shower door was not engaging properly and some water was on the floor. Will stay again!

We travelled as a family of 4 for a leisure couple of days. We cannot fault this hotel, the staff were amazing, the complimentary upgrade was very much appreciated, our 2 bed apartment was so clean, the facilities amazing there was everything we needed. The secure parking was great and brilliant for peace of mind, the location of the hotel was great, close to all amenities. We will definitely be back

Brilliant place near everything in Liverpool. Walked everywhere up to the Philharmonic Hall and back. Clean, all ameneties down to two coffee pods&milk to a pair of scissors. Comfiest bed / brilliant shower. Only meh was that we hadn’t (intentionally) brought a full plug for the electric sockets and not a single one of the four USB sockets worked. And it’s not on the waterfront …

Great apartment close to James Street Station so plent ofy bars near by and short walk into the city. The Hotel is absolutely perfect, friendly staff and spotless, lovely big room with newly fitted shower room. Stayed here a few times and definitely recommend.

Not happy with room no wear to hang your coats no wear to hanger towels bed was big but can’t get around one side had climbing in and out no bedside cabinets Hair in shower

Great aparthotel in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The studio was spotless and very well equipped. Would definitely return!
