The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that.
I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

Stunning hotel with spacious rooms , 2 great bars and central.locatiin.. Fantastic rate also.

It was a great experience.
I was staying at the hotel for 3 nights.I was at Merseyside Latin Festival, wich was absolutely brilliant.
I would definitely come and visit Liverpool and stay at this beautiful hotel.

BOOKING WAS VERY EASY . THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIEDLY . HOTEL ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONAY WELL PROVEDED AND SITUATED FOR ACCESS SERVICES . PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE .OVERALL VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. Location brilliant- walking distance from Lime Street Railway Station and all other amenities. The Aldelphi was once a beautiful old Victorian building in its hey day - but now it’s “tired” it needs investment and updating. Reception staff helpful in checking in etc.
Unfortunately the bar staff were not interested in customer service - they rang the bell for last orders a complete hour before closing time!!! Pulling down two of the bar shutters sides 30 minutes early! There were at least 30 residents/customers in the room. Do they want trade/ business?????

The only concern was room are somehow old and there is no cleaning services . But it is good value of money and close to all of Liverpool attractive

Just a few minutes' walk from Liverpool train station. It's an older hotel with plenty of rooms, and it was pretty quiet at night. The room itself was quite spacious. It's super convenient for exploring the city center. We stayed one day in Liverpool mainly to catch a home game for the Liverpool team. The bus stop right across from the train station gets you to Anfield Stadium in less than half an hour. On the way back, the queue for the 917 bus was incredibly long, but thankfully the rain had started to let up.
