Soggiorno fantastico, hotel 4 stelle comodo per famiglie con bambini, piscina, spa, palestra, area giochi per bambini con assistente, camera spaziosa e pulita, accappatoio e ciabattine anche per i bambini per piscina e spa forniti dall'hotel, cucina ottima, sia la colazione, pranzo (a parte) e cena. Garage gratuito.

Goede ligging in het autovrije deel van Livigno, niet ver van de eerste skipistes. Niet zo gemoedelijk als in Oostenrijk (geen welkomstdrankje en weinig uitleg bij inchecken), maar wel behulpzaam personeel. Restaurant/eten wat minder: hotel staat gekend als kindvriendelijk, maar in het restaurant moeilijk terug te vinden. Halfpension betalen maar deze gerechten laten vallen om te wisselen voor een pizza voor een kind was moeilijk. Als kind één gerechtje kiest soms een uur wachten omdat het gerecht van secundo platte was.. een kind zijn eten laat je toch direct komen? Water 2x aanrekenen enz. Kleine frustraties die je net niet wil op reis. Maar overigens een goed verblijf: mooie kamer en heel mooi zwembad. Wellness jammer genoeg zonder toezicht: mensen die dit niet gewoon zijn en drinken meenemen in de cabines bijvoorbeeld. Als ze aan die details werken, zeker een aanrader!

Bonne chambre, excellent petit dejeuner et dinner, bonne ambiance, personnel très sympathique, proche des pistes de ski et du centre ville, très beau centre de bien-être et piscine. les enfants ont également adoré la chambre spéciale pour enfants.

Si conferma hotel con servizi di livello e cucina molto buona; farei solo una annotazione sulla pulizia della stanza (non sempre curata nei dettagli) e forse le camere avrebbero bisogno di un restyling. Ottimo il servizio per i bambini con area giochi.
