Such a wonderful welcome. Helpful and friendly. Super room overlooking the valley with a balcony. Spacious, with plenty of storage and a massive bed. Lovely bathrobes and slippers. Yes, a bit dated but clean. Good self service breakfast with lots of choice. Ski room warm and easy access to the slopes, simply next door to the lift. Good parking at the rear.

Ho soggiornato nel periodo dal 29 al 01 gennaio con mezza pensione, come accoglienza direi ottima, colazione buona ma con poca scelta ,cena abbastanza accettabile, invece la camera n.35 è veramente una bettola, letto matrimoniale avevo una bella asse di legno sotto il materasso, un lettino sembrava una branda da spiaggia, non vi dico come si dormiva,aprendo l'acqua della doccia veniva anche la ruggine,E LO CHIAMANO UN HOTEL DI 3 STELLE? NEANCHE MEZZA

Abbiamo trascorso una notte tra amiche in questa struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile, la stanza vecchiotta ma pulita. Deludente la cena servita in hotel, antipasto scadente con 4 fette di crudo e dei grissini molli spezzettati sopra... Il primo niente di che, il secondo era uno spezzatino con purè in busta... 25€ non li vale, quanto meno potreste offrire qualcosa di tipico. Piscina e sauna ok.

Ho soggiornato nella struttura con amiche, la camera era pulita e personale gentile e disponibile. Cena nell'hotel pessima per rapporto qualità-prezzo: antipasto comprendeva qualche fetta di prosciutto crudo impiattata con grissini possi spezzettati sopra e dell'insalata, primo accettabile, secondo filetto di maiale con purè in busta e infine una specie di cheese cake amara. Il tutto alla modica cifra di 25€ bevande escluse.

Hotel direttamente sulle piste da discesa. Abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere quadruple davvero molto spaziose con doppio bagno. Non abbiamo utilizzato la SPA. Colazione sia dolce che salata buona. Francesca alla reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Non consigliato se siete alla ricerca della tipica vacanza in montagna in un ambiente accogliente. La struttura è datata, così come gli arredi, decisamente antiquati (la moquette sporca regna sovrana). Materasso scadente e scomodo. Notte insonne anche per le altissime temperature: riscaldamento al massimo non regolabile. Colazione decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative: poca scelta e bassa qualità degli ingredienti. Prezzo del soggiorno SPROPOSITATO rispetto a struttura e servizi. Al momento della prenotazione era menzionato tra i servizi inclusi lo skipass gratuito, ma così non è stato. Nota positiva del soggiorno: cordialità del personale.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per la vacanza in estate. Il personale è cordiale, buona la pulizia delle stanze, ma l'arredo è datato avrebbe bisogno di essere moderato. La cucina non è di buona qualità e propone poche specialità valtellinesi completamente assenti gli sciatt. Anche la colazione lascia molto a desiderare e in periodo di covid non si può proporre la colazione a buffet.

Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dal nostro soggiorno. Camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione e cena con vasta scelta e ultimo ma non di minore importanza, personale gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Livigno di per sè è fantastica, ma aver passato qualche giorno in questo albergo le ha dato qualcosa in più. Sicuramente torneremo! Grazie mille
