Ottima esperienza per una notte di viaggio per lavoro. Accoglienza e servizio ottimo, anche le richieste extra sono state soddisfatte con gentilezza e professionalità. Ottima la colazione con grande scelta di prodotti freschissimi tipici della zona.

Giro molto per lavoro, ho trovato un punto fermo nei miei itinerari, sicuramente la posizione lontana dal centro di Livigno può sembrare scomoda, ma i punti di forza sono molti, cordialità, ottima cucina, ottimo servizio e sorrisi….salvato nei miei preferiti

abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel. L'unico elemento degno di 4 stelle è il cambio quotidiano della biancheria. La stanza era piccola e mal disposta. La tv, messa in posizione sbieca, permetteva di vedere solo una decina di canali, spesso anche criptati. Il direttore e il personale della reception veramente poco empatici, faticavano quasi a salutare. Al check-out sono stati aggiunti nel conto 3 bottiglie di acqua ed una cena mai consumati per un importo di quasi cento euro. Tra le note positive la pulizia della stanza, affidata ad una signora veramente scrupolosa e gentile ed il barista Francesco, gentile, accogliente e professionale. Sinceramente non ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ett väldigt ljudligt hotell med tunna väggar. Vi blev otroligt störda av andra gästers oljud både på morgonen och kvällen. Mysigt spa och hjälpsam personal. Några hade svårt med engelskan men det fanns några som var mycket duktiga och kunde svara på frågor m.m. Hotellet ligger en bit från backen med bil ca 30 min.

Hotel in posizione strategica per raggiungere Livigno. Servizio ottimo e personale professionale e molto gentile. Colazioni eccellenti: non manca proprio nulla! Il cibo è molto buono anche la pizza!! Che dire!! Partite subito!! 🤩

We loved that the hotel was in the mountains with easy access to the mottolino ski lifts. The hotel was very luxurious and amazing. The rooms were flawless cleaned. The staff where very kind and helpful :)
