Hotel in centro di Livigno,zona ztl, a pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita. Hotel molto accogliente, personale gentile e cordiale, camere perfette. Ristorante favoloso. Unica peccato, che poi tanto pecca non è, aperitivo serale un po' scarso di stuzzichini.

Beautiful hotel in a central location and a stone's throw from the cable car departure. Very good food and very friendly staff. Excellent cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas. Convenient parking in the underground garage and the swimming pool is also much appreciated.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel in Livigno with my family, everything was perfect from the location to the cleanliness to the welcome, the structure is located practically at the start of the lifts reachable within a few steps, excellent cuisine, spacious and spotless rooms, beautiful spa

Super good! Excellent service, always attentive to our requests. The room manager (Giuseppe) is always attentive to details. The best manso steak fillet I ate in Livigno, we loved it and recommend it. Martina in reception was lovely in resolving our issues and also making an effort to speak with us in languages ​​more familiar to us. Everything was divine, thank you to the whole team 💝 we will be back 😉

Hotel in the center of Livigno shortly after the start of the ZTL, therefore absolutely in the center of shops and clubs. Super friendly and helpful staff right from the excellent initial welcome and then reconfirmed in the following days. Hotel is located right at the arrival of the slopes, comfortable ski room with closed and heated lockers. Another point goes to the hotel's private underground garage (exactly below the structure) which, in addition to being large (2 floors) and with automatic closing, is also included in the price of the stay. we stayed half board for 3 nights and what can we say about the restaurant: spectacular dinners, refined cuisine with dishes that partly follow tradition and partly tend towards innovation, a menu that changes every evening with dishes that are not obvious and which certainly never I would have expected half board, compliments to the chef. On the -1 floor there is both a swimming pool with a very nice hydromassage area and a SPA area (with courtesy kit in the room) with 2 saunas, 1 Turkish bath, ice waterfall, 2 emotional showers and relaxation area, all very beautiful and well looked after , there are also herbal tea and dried fruit areas. We had the opportunity to use the massage services, which were also excellent. Finally, the room: having booked at the last minute we were forced to choose the only room available, "Giada", the smallest, absolutely perfect for us, very large bathroom and splendid balcony with a side view of the slopes. In conclusion, what can I say, a hotel that is absolutely recommended for all its aspects, whether you want a relaxing holiday or a holiday on the slopes or why not both. We will definitely return to be pampered.

Hotel in top location as it is located in the center of the town. Wonderful welcome and really helpful and kind staff. They booked the snowmobile excursion for us. The room we chose was a suite and I would say it was wonderful with a balcony overlooking the slopes. Excellent room cleaning. Very elegant restaurant with very professional waiters where they explained each dish to us. The cuisine deserves 100 stars, compliments to the chef because the menu was truly impeccable with top quality ingredients. The perfect spa, super clean, perhaps I would have put the water in the pools a little warmer since after a day out in the cold we are immersed in the heat 😍 but all this does not affect my opinion ☺️ I will definitely be happy to return and I recommend it 100 % !! Thanks to all the staff ❤️

Location in perfect position both for skiing and for the center. The bed was very comfortable, not easy to find, excellent breakfast, the nice spa was essential, very convenient indoor parking, we will definitely be back
