Hotel molto bello e confortevole, spa e ristorante deliziosi, il maitre molto carino. Unica pecca per una famiglia con figli intorno ai 10 anni è stata la camera senza possibilità di separare la zona notte tra genitori e bambini e poche possibilità di intrattenimento per i ragazzi mentre i genitori sono in spa perché accessibile solo sopra ai 16 anni. Ottima struttura, camere pulite e confortevoli, personale cordiale. Dopo aver trascorso le giornate sulle piste, ci si rilassa nella spa. Il ristorante ha soddisfatto le mie richieste vegetariane. Ismaele gentilissimo e molto professionale. Torneremo in estate.

Hotel con molto potenziale, ma gestito non bene, molto rumoroso durante la sera,dopo le 23,molto buono il ristorante superiore a pagamento e non eccezionale il ristorante per gli ospiti, la cucina è la stessa,quindi non capisco perché due pesi e due misure. La cena di capodanno organizzata malissimo, ci hanno fatto spostare alle 23,45 dal ristorante inferiore al ristorante superiore dopo che avevamo mangiato malissimo, ci siamo trovati in 9 persone sedute sul tavolo SENZA SPUMANTE SENZA UN QUALCOSA CON CUI BRINDARE LA FINE E L'INIZIO DEL NUOVO ANNO, SIAMO RIUSCITI A RECUPERARE DELLE BOTTIGLIE DOPO LE 24.00 ,RINGRAZIO IL PERSONALE DELLA SALA, non mi è mai successo che dopo aver passato una settimana in un albergo debbo pagare la bottiglia di prosecco che dovrebbe essere inclusa nella cena di fine anno, dimenticavo, il musicista che ha accompagnato la serata, meglio che cambi mestiere.le camere discrete, ottima la Spa.

Ottima struttura in ottima posizione, camera molto confortevole, molto buono il servizio della spa, eccellente il ristorante col menù senza glutine, siamo stati coccolati dal metré Ismaele e dalla sua collega Iannina. Grazie di cuore.

Piccolo hotel molto carino che abbiamo scelto principalmente per la spa. Siamo stati nella family suite, unica camera libera al momento della prenotazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera confortevole, spaziosa, pulita. La spa è piccola ma non affollata, quindi è stato piacevole e rilassante. Purtroppo siamo rimasti solo una notte, la vigilia di Natale. Avevamo scelto la formula mezza pensione e la cena è stata una vera sorpresa! Sia per la presentazione di alcuni piatti che per la qualità. Il personale di sala inoltre è davvero cortese e simpatico. Ottima anche la colazione la mattina dopo.

Hotel bellissimo, Camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, con balcone che da sulle splendide montagne di Livigno. Svegliarsi al mattino, aprire le tende e vedere questo spettacolo suggestivo, ti fa iniziare la giornata al meglio. Colazione dolce e salata , con un'offerta molto varia, davvero soddisfacente!!! La struttura si trova nelle immediate vicinanze della passeggiata che porta in centro tra negozi e locali. Verso sera non può mancare la piscina esterna riscaldata, una pacchia e con la nostra Carlotta ci siamo divertiti nella piscina riservata ai più piccoli. Che dire della cena!! Piatti deliziosi, di altissima qualità, serviti da Ismaele che in sala la fa da padrone!! Gentilissimo, professionale ed ha anche conquistato, con la sua simpatia, la piccola Carlotta!!! Comunque tutto il personale si è dimostrato attento e disponibile. Otttimo anche per la pulizia generale. Ci torneremo senz'altro, Grazie, Domenico, Claudia e Carlotta.

Piccola vacanza meravigliosa nella splendida Livigno! Hotel di grande qualità, camere e Spa accoglienti, pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort! Ristorante fiore all’occhiello della struttura! Hotel ufficialmente a 4 stelle ma dal sapore di 3…nella media. Stanza ampia ma bagno da risistemare, vecchio e mal funzionante. Pareti che lasciano sentire ogni rumore. Però si mangia molto bene sia a colazione che a cena.
