Siamo stati molto bene all’hotel Cristallo; la struttura è accogliente e confortevole con delle bellissime camere…ristorante con piatti curati e di qualità…un plauso a tutto lo staff e alla proprietaria Maura meravigliosa padrona di casa che ci ha accolto e coccolato in maniera super. Un bacione anche a Milo la mascotte pelosa dell’hotel…grazie di tutto e alla prossima…

Recently stayed 1/2 board at this family-run hotel. Plenty of choice for breakfast plus 4 different courses for dinner. Nice gins and wine pairings. Ideal location with bus stop directly outside. I don’t ski but swam 50km at the pool. Will return.

Really excellent service, hygiene at a high level, comfortable room, delicious meals with a lot of dedication to the guest, beautiful and friendly receptionist, excellent location. All recommendations for this hotel, thank you for a wonderful time. I will be back again.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel e ho prenotato due stanze, per genitori e 3 bambini. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La Proprietaria dell’hotel, Maura, è stata disponibile e di aiuto per ogni nostra richiesta. Le cene al ristorante sono state ottime. Ci torneremo volentieri. Grazie Maura e allo staff

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settima. All'accoglienza Maura (proprietaria), gentilissima, premetto siamo arrivati prima dell'orario check-in, senza nessun problema Maura ci ha dato la possibilità di parcheggiare le auto in garage. L'hotel si trova a ridosso della ZTL di conseguenza il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, camere perfettamente pulite, ottima la cucina, al contrario di altri hotel che alla mattina devi scegliere la cena, poi se sei in tanti ti dimentichi cosa hai scelto.... qui il menu della cena è alla carta con tre primi, tre secondi e dolci vari. Una sera abbiamo saltato la cena perché abbiamo cenato in un rifugio, ebbene nel conto finale Maura non ci ha addebitato la cena, questo, a mio parere, è un modo di fidelizzare il cliente. La mia camera aveva la doccia con sauna, però avere in hotel una zona benessere a mio avviso sarebbe il massimo... Ho titolato questa recensione "bravi"; carissima Maura se l'anno prossimo, perché da Voi se tutto va bene ci ritorno, troverò la zona benessere diventerete BRAVISSIMI....

Torneremo sicuramente, il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, colazione ottima, camere pulite e belle. Hanno anche il parcheggio al coperto, cosa si può desiderare di più?! Davvero una piacevole esperienza, super consigliato!

Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte nella suite, che dire tutto perfetto. Camera molto romantica con una vasca wow. Colazione ottima. Posizione perfetta sia per visitare il centro sia per sciare.Prima del nostro arrivo avevo acquistato i giornalieri per sciare online, li ho mandati per e-mail in albergo e al nostro arrivo ho potuto ritirare direttamente in hotel gli skipass servizio veramente comodo. Ci ritorneremo
