This Hilton is located in the small town of Shorthills, New Jersey. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the breakfast is OK, the parking is convenient, and it is opposite the Masy department store. It is a good value for money place worth staying again. After three years, the hotel facilities have been partially renovated, but the style is different and it is old. The front desk service is simple and rude. I have paid the room fee online, and the deposit including the room fee was collected when I checked in. I communicated with the front desk, and the reply was that I had to confirm with the payer before the refund could be made. So I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the reply I got for a day and a night was that I could never contact the payment agent. In the end, I communicated with the front desk to solve it.
The hotel breakfast is very good.

Overall, this is a good choice. Clean rooms and professional staff. Location is a bit isolated without a car, but a vibrant street with lots of restaurants is a few minute drive away. The main downside was the pillows. They gave us four side-sleep pillows. Did not sleep well because they are too fluffy.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel I definitely would come back. I only have 3 takeaways. There should be a microwave in the room , better shower head, and the breakfast wasn’t giving but everyone was friendly the staff in the dining area by the pool and the front desk. The bed was very comfortable and room service was great plus friendly. I like the energy here but it’s life everything can’t be perfect and I point that out as suggestions not criticism. I will be back though 😇💕. Thanks everything .

Our stay waa good.
I was disappointed that we booked an executive suite and it wasnt noted in the booking that the lounge is closed on a weekend.
Normally with the exexutuve suites, breakfast is free and other amenities are available. Nothing was available and we had to pay extra for everything. We did not even get a bottle of water in our suite.

Hotel was extremely dated. We booked a suite with a (mini) kitchen. The kitchen in the room had a microwave, small undercounter refrigerator and one electric element for cooking. The equipment provided for the kitchen was exactly 1 (One ) plate, a few pieces of silverware and some cups and wine glasses. Essentially useless as a kitchen. The shower in the bathroom was old and in useable but poor condition. All the furniture in the suite was old. It’s hard to say anything positive about this hotel. As noted in other reviews parking is 18/day. However, the parking garage needs serious work. There is exposed rusted rebar in the ceiling of the garage. The rebar is exposed as pieces of the concrete roof have fallen down. The garage needs attention immediately due to potential safety hazards. We were provided the minimum amount of items in the room. For example as a Hilton diamond member I expected the hotel would replenish water. They never did. There are certainly better more updated hotels to stay at in New Jersey. We will never stay at this hotel again.
