Super emplacement au bord du canal piéton . Nous avons été très bien reçu les lieux sont très propre et spacieux la piscine ouverte 24/24 et chaude très agréable nous avons adoré. L’hôtel est magnifique. Si vous passez par Livourne c’est ici que vous devez séjourner.

Charming boutique hotel in a great location. It’s in the historic “Venezia Nuova” district, right next to a picturesque canal and surrounded by restaurants. In fact, the building itself was a merchants’ home in the 1600s, beautifully renovated in 2018 with all the modern luxuries you might want. We had a city-view suite looking out on the canals — worth it for the view! Spacious bedroom and living room, full kitchen, and bathroom. Good shower and firm mattress. Bathrobes and large, plush towels. There’s an on-site gym, sauna, and pool, a self-service washing machine, and bikes that you can borrow. Excellent breakfast buffet. BUT I really need to give a shout out to the helpful staff and owner, Barbara. They had called a driver to take us to the train station and when he didn’t show up on time, Barbara hopped in her car and drive us there herself! You can’t get more personal and helpful than that. It’s only a few minutes walk to all the sites of the old city, including canal boat tours, the Fortezza Vecchia, and the Quattro Mori statue. Near the cruise terminal too. Great location to stroll around.

Ambiente curato in ottima posizione condito da un personale accogliente, gentile esperienza disponibile. Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento con jacuzzi in terrazzo e siamo stati divinamente. Le bici incluse nel prezzo sono state un ulteriore chicca, super comode per girare la città. Super consigliato.

Non avevo dubbi che tutto sarebbe stato di mio gradimento ma la realtà ha superato le mie pur alte aspettative. La struttura è molto particolare, il quartiere la Venezia affascinante, il personale gentile e l'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel periodo pasquale ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. Molto spazioso, arredato con gusto e con una vista sui canali davvero suggestiva, sia di giorno che di sera. Rientrare dopo le varie escursioni è sempre stato un grande piacere, proprio come tornare a casa!

Très bel endroit. Chambres très spacieuses et bien tenues dans un quartier qui mérite le détour. Pouvoir profiter de la piscine, y compris le soir est un plus remarquable en centre ville. Attention quand même à la réception qui ferme à vingt heure

Accueil très sympathique et professionnel, l'hôtel est très bien situé juste devant le canal, à proximité de tout .L'appartement très spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé. Une piscine chauffée est accessible en intérieur 24/24 ce qui permet de se détendre après une journée bien remplie.
