Il 23.10.23 abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione presso questo hotel per la notte del 29.04.24. Il 22.04.24 ci hanno disdetto la prenotazione (solo dopo due telefonate siamo riusciti ad avere la disdetta per iscritto). Al mattino, secondo l'impiegata, per dei lavori di ristrutturazione da effettuare; al pomeriggio, secondo la capo ricevimento, per dei lavori gia' effettuati. Risultato: con un bambino ci ritroviamo a cercare un hotel nel maxi ponte del 25 aprile e primo maggio con un aggravio di spese non risarcito e dovendo riprogrammare spostamenti e programmi.

Ottima posizione direttamente sul mare! Dal balcone potevi ammirare Alba e tramonto. Un po’ calda la camera in quanto quando si esce non c’è nulla che mantenga la temperatura, ma tutto sopportabile dal panorama. Ottimo il servizio spiaggia, non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante ma solo della colazione e qui il personale potrebbe essere un po’ più gentile , ma anche questo è perdonato dalla vista sul mare. Quindi ci tornerei subito

Tutto bene fino a che non hanno deciso di posticipare la colazione di un ora senza avvisare, aprendo alle 8 di mattina anziché alle 7, recando disagio a tutto un gruppo di 50 persone che deve partire per lavoro, che dovrà farlo senza poter fare colazione pur avendola pagata. Neanche ad uno stello è mai successa una cosa simile. Altro che quattro stelle. Nessun tipo di professionalità

Siamo stati qui per due notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Un accoglienza molto calorosa e lo staff sempre a disposizione. Ottima colazione con una vasta scelta e pozione molto comoda. Camera molta pulita. Sicuramente da consigliare e da tornarci

La posizione dell’hotel è fuori Livorno, Antignano per l’esattezza, ma grazie alla tangenziale a due minuti di Mac si può raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. La camera che mi è stata assegnata è stata la 209, vista mare, bella pulita e confortevole. Prima colazione ottima e personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Stanza con una finestrella in alto tipo cantina, la stanza era una normale ma non era specificato senza finestra. Non ho chiesto il cambio stanza solo perché sono arrivato la sera tardi ed ero stanco. Chiedete prima di prenotare quale stanza vi assegnano.

Hotel reformado, com lobby moderno. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel e também na parte de traz. Quarto grande para 3 adultos, vista para o mar, frigobar, bonita decoração. A localização é boa por ser próximo a praia. Cadeiras e guarda sol são pagos mesmo sendo hospedes do hotel, 20 euros. O bar e restaurante são terceirizados e com preço razoável. Café da manhã servido em local agradável com bonita vista. A praia não tem areia, são pedras, mas gostamos do local. É longe da cidade de bares e restaurantes.

Amazing hotel room the like of which we have not experienced before. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with kitchen/dining area and balcony. Clean and well-serviced room. So why only a score of three? The hotel is located out of the town and there is very little in the vicinity by way of restaurants and bars. The hotel restaurant menu is very limited and breakfast is basic, self-service. We encountered a very unfriendly member of staff at the hotel’s beach cafe who was chatty and helpful to Italian guests, but ignored English guests and could not have been more unhelpful if she tried. The menu at the cafe was limited and the “beach” area is a large concrete platform on which umbrellas and sun beds can be found. The sea was wonderfully clear but the “beach” was non-existent.

Hôtel sympa avec vue sur mer mais trop cher pour les prestations proposées. Nous avons logé au - 4ème étage équivalant du 1er juste au dessus de la plage. Concernant la propreté hormis quelques tâches sur les draps l' ensemble est très correct, personnel très accueillant et souriant, belle vue sur la plage de parasols et la mer. Le gros bémol est le faite qu'il n'y est pas de boisson chaude ou de bouilloire dans la chambre pour le petit café au reveil , il faut descendre à l'acceuil . Dommage au vu du prix de la nuit ont s'attendaient à ce minimum. Maryline et David
