超出預期的好，套餐裏的門票太划算了，地理位置也很方便。今天趕在第一批入園看到了熊貓，我們下山的時候地軌已經要排1個多小時了，妥妥的賺到了！服務也很好，酒店管家小袁很積極幫助，提問和幫忙訂票回覆都很快，下次來打算還住這裏！

酒店坐落在南山竹海景區的入口處；酒店門口就是一條小型的購物餐飲街，非常方便；
酒店的設計感非常好，採用了中式庭院結構佈局，以及木質傢俱的裝潢；大堂映入眼簾的是過去私塾的那種小桌子和古箏，小朋友可以在那描寫名帖。
房間稍微有些緊湊，另外2米的大雙人床在外屋，1.5米的雙人床在裏屋的這個設定不是很理解…
不太滿意的是酒店房間並沒有用來擺放行李箱的架子或者矮桌子，去詢問前台人員的時候得到的回覆也是較為冷漠“我們這確實沒有，您放在地上就好”，我都去問有沒有放置行李箱的摺疊架子了難道不是就是因為我不想放在地上麼…希望設施和服務意識相應的加強一下。
