一家很好的灑店，離竹海景區很近，離遊客中心就在旁邊，灑店建築古香古色，很有品位，書香氣實足，周圍都是商業街，吃東西或購物極方便，前台服務很好，接待容人站立操作，主動笑臉相迎，感覺到家一樣，我們5月26日上午退房，前台一位始張的工作人員徵温馨，主動問我們住店的感受，還有哪些做了不夠，以便更好的為客人服務，使客人很感動，以後還會入住該灑店。

超出預期的好，套餐裏的門票太划算了，地理位置也很方便。今天趕在第一批入園看到了熊貓，我們下山的時候地軌已經要排1個多小時了，妥妥的賺到了！服務也很好，酒店管家小袁很積極幫助，提問和幫忙訂票回覆都很快，下次來打算還住這裏！
