養心谷酒店環境優美舒適，幽靜且空氣清新，真的是一次很愉快的入住體驗。酒店的養生套餐精緻又美味。特別是感謝管家曾三順熱情周到的服務，退房前還送來了特產和點心。好期待下次的再次入住!

入住前度假村的張先生主動來電，並真誠的解決了我們的請求，並主動加了微信，告之入住期間有何訴求可及時反應，使我們感到酒店的熱情與真誠。入住後感到養心谷環境非常悠靜，房間整潔、寬暢，從養心谷前台到房間的工作人員的服務工作都非常熱情、周到，尤其是開接駁車的羅先生，他的服務工作更是細緻入微：主動介紹度假村裡外的情況，為我們取外賣，接送時還主動幫我們提行李箱等等，真讓我們感受到賓至如歸！養心谷各工作人員的服務工作值得點贊！

錯峯出行 看見XC上有兩晚的套餐優惠 毫不猶豫的選了天目湖作為目的地 沒想到升級到了養心谷的獨棟🥳
酒店服務很好 打掃的阿姨很熱心也很客氣 景區有短駁車出行也很方便
因為季節關係晚上青蛙🐸影響了一點點 第二天就送來了耳塞 👍
早餐也很不錯 因為時間關係很多景區的餐廳沒去 留到下次吧😌
很意外的還送一次洗車服務 哈哈哈
是天目湖遊玩值得推薦的酒店 👌

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。首先感謝管家趙桂芳，夜班阿姨包琴芳，前台小帥哥陳明申，張爽以及其他所有工作人員的耐心周到無微不至的服務，讓我們有賓至如歸的感受。下次來溧陽一定再次體驗！
另外養心谷別墅偏中式的裝修風格也非常符合我的審美標準，大床舒適軟硬適中很適合休息；衞生間空間大布局合理使用方便；洗浴用品檔次高香型我很喜歡；超大的陽台雨天聆聽大自然的天籟之音晴天感受鳥語花香；提供的沉香香薰讓人凝神靜氣；提供的免費水果飲料零食種類也很多樣；還有隨叫隨到的電瓶車服務非常貼心；包括半山温泉服務既能消除疲勞還能欣賞湖邊美景；還提供了免費清洗座駕服務……諸如此類不再一一羅列。總之性價比之高我一定會向親朋好友們大力推薦！！
最後再提幾點需要改進的地方：
1、6601房衞生間的淋浴房門關不嚴，所以洗完澡後，馬桶前會有積水，希望能做好維相應維修工作。
2、衞生間的台盆和水龍頭間距有點大，所以水會潑灑到枱面上然後流到地面上。
當然瑕不掩瑜，酒店整體無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務方面都很棒。希望客人越來越多！生意興隆財源廣進！

完美的一次入住體驗，感謝管家趙桂芳，夜班阿姨吳國娣，前台小帥哥張爽給還有陳明申，服務周到貼心！管家看寶寶愛吃藍莓，在我們退房的時候給我們帶了一盒藍莓，讓寶寶路上吃。把客人的喜好記着，還給寶寶準備了毛絨玩具，洗漱用品。小細節很暖心。
