利用週末時間陪家人選定御水温泉度假酒店，酒店環境好入住舒服，小寶貝兒玩的開心，長者也是悠然自得。酒店的南山竹海VIP套餐也不錯，免去走路的勞頓，還人性化抵用下文茶費用在酒店晚餐套餐中，值得推薦。
服務：酒店服務熱情周到，尤其管家王勤芳女士熱情接待，推薦酒店遊玩攻略，非常感謝。雖然在10年前來過該酒店，作為成熟景區的酒店人氣也旺，所以這次選擇是對的。
設施：酒店房間非常不錯，唯一有點遺憾的就是電視機有點老舊了，頻道也有點亂，主要頻道還能看。酒店套餐的天目湖魚頭湯非常不錯👍

酒店環境沒的説，山林竹海當中，特別放鬆，設施設備Ok～晚上酒店餐廳吃的，套餐性價比很高，味道也不錯，又乾淨衞生，早餐豐富～此外，特別感謝管家鍾冬連的周到服務，預留房間很好，又幫忙訂了餐，天熱還特地給房間多備了水～值得入住的酒店！

對於主推温泉來看，總體還是不錯的！1、衞生之所以扣0.5分，是因為酒店有幾個電梯用了地毯。要知道對於去温泉的遊客往往水淋淋的，地毯潮濕造成電梯裏一股異味，這個應該改進；2、環境扣1.0分是因為這酒店外圍，基本沒什麼可散步的環境；3、服務和設施都還有可改進的地方。所以，雖然都還不錯，我並沒有完全給予滿分……
