00An absolutely delightful stay at a guesthouse in Nanshan Bamboo Forest! I didn't want to leave even after two days! Choosing this guesthouse was the best thing about my trip to Nanshan Bamboo Forest! I stayed for two whole days, and the entire experience was wonderful, completely exceeding my expectations. The guesthouse's environment was simply amazing! Behind the house was a persimmon tree laden with fruit; the bright red fruit against the white walls created a picturesque scene. There was also a pond nearby, its ripples created by the wind, surrounded by greenery – a truly poetic and idyllic spot. Just sitting there and daydreaming felt so peaceful. My room had a private balcony, and opening the curtains in the morning allowed me to breathe in the fresh mountain air, far from the city's hustle and bustle – so therapeutic! A special shout-out to the owner's signature fish head! It's all freshly made in-house, with a rich, milky-white broth, tender and non-fishy fish – one bite and it was so delicious I couldn't help but drink the broth! It's a must-try when visiting! The guesthouse was also incredibly clean; the room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and soft, making me feel very safe and comfortable. The chicken on the second day wasn't very good, but the bamboo shoots and mushrooms that came with it were alright. The owners were incredibly welcoming and patiently recommended sightseeing routes, even sharing local hidden gems – their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. The environment, hygiene, and food were all impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanshan Bamboo Sea! Highly recommend it to all tourists – you can't go wrong!

Environment and atmosphere:
The hotel is located in Zhuxi Valley, hidden in the sea of bamboo, with independent villas in the north and south. It is like a fairyland in the morning after the rain, and every corner is full of oriental Zen.
Room experience:
The room is 153 square meters, spacious and comfortable, with a hot spring and a swimming pool. The MINI bar is free, and Guangxi Bama 1000 ml mineral water is standard. When checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang) arranged a petal turndown service in advance.
Catering service:
There are many varieties of Western and Chinese breakfast. The package booked by Ctrip gave two meals. I thought the catering would be perfunctory, but it turned out to be amazing! Seasonal bamboo shoots, river shrimp, yellow croaker, Liyang special black rice, etc. are super delicious and memorable.
Details and highlights:
The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff all serve with a smile. Special praise should be given to the 24-hour private butler Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang), who was very considerate and responsive. I have to give him a thumbs up.
In short, Zhuxi Valley is worthy of being the top luxury hotel in Jiangsu Province, and it will be the first choice for the next vacation.

GGuest UserFacilities: Very complete, smart bathroom is very convenient, you can think of the needs, if you can have a makeup mirror, it would be better to put a trash can next to the mirror. There is also a tent in the parent-child room, and the small bed is very cute.
Hygienic: Every place visible to the naked eye is very clean, and the room that people can rest assured that there is no smell. I used to bring disposable bedding, but this time it was useless.
Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style.
Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

It is a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also very nice and has ample portions. We, four adults and two children, ordered a set meal for 2-3 people, but we didn’t finish it. There are also many farmhouse restaurants in the surrounding area, with high ratings, affordable prices, and no pitfalls. There is also a children's play area and a large lawn on the first floor of the hotel, so there is no problem for children to play all day long. We also saw squirrels in the trees, the environment was absolutely perfect! It's a pity that I didn't take a dip in the hot spring, which is said to be a local specialty. The butler thoughtfully gave us many souvenirs, including snacks, toys, and Starbucks coffee coupons. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also good, with rich varieties and complete supplies.

Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

The hot spring experience is superb, the mineral hot spring water is clear, the pool is rich in variety, the indoor and outdoor pools have their own characteristics, and the whole body is comfortable after soaking. The butler Xiaotao service is super intimate. We have a little desire to eat supper at night. He helped us recommend the food near the hotel. MM425341****We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it...
🎙️Late-night horror moment:
I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative!
🍉Welcome gift was a big failure:
I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓
💧The most confusing operation:
The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️
🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast:
It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!
