Déçu par la chambre à la décoration sans âme , le jacuzzi est plus que basique ( baignoire à remous…) Prévoyez 20 minutes de remplissage . Attention pas de produits ni de kit de toilettes… ( enfin si il faut les demander à la réception). Concernant le SPA , prévoyez de prendre les peignoirs et les serviettes de la chambre sinon faudra retourner à la chambre on ne vous en donne pas au SPA… Côté restaurant, service très rapide, Trop rapide. Poulpe pas cuit, canelones froid… ( y’a t’il un chef en cuisine ????) Personnel pas à l’écoute , ( sauf une réceptionniste très sympa et française mais qui n’est pas dans cet hôtel habituellement ) Bref pas de luxe du tout, très déçu à plus de 600€ le séjour d’une nuit.

Les suites sont spacieuses, en bon état, prêtes à l’heure. La piscine extérieure et son cadre sont également très agréable. Méfiez vous toutefois du service au restaurant. Certaines erreurs figurent sur la carte des vins. A défaut d’avoir le Vega Sicilia Unico qui y figure, il nous est proposé la gamme inférieure Vega Sicilia Valbuena. Mais au moment de l’addition vous ne serez pas épargné. Le serveur s’énervera même quand vous lui faites remarquer qu’il ne peut pas facturer le même prix pour un Valbuena que pour un Unico..

We kwamen hier voor de 4e keer en wederom was het heel goed met perfecte kamers, een goed ontbijt en restaurant. Als ze een 5e ster willen dan zullen ze moeten verbeteren op diverse gebieden. Ontvangst: niemand helpt met koffers en/of auto Ontbijt: geef de mogelijkheid om iets te bestellen zoals een omelet zonder bij te betalen. Willen ze 4 sterren blijven dan moet de prijs iets lager. Verder geweldig hygiënisch en weer een heerlijk verblijf.

El hotel es precioso, y las habitaciones una pasada. Cogimos una con jakuzzi y muy bien. El desayuno variado y buenisísimo y el personal también muy agradable. Está en un lugar muy bonito y muy tranquilo. Pasamos un fin de semana genial!!!!
