Really impressed, staff were lovely ( Jenny really helpful) room clean and everything you need, added breakfast and they had a great choice. Sat outside for afternoon drinks. We would definitely return, great value for money and well worth the money.

My husband and I stayed at the Belmont from 22nd-24th May, as part of a birthday treat. We are pretty local to the Llandudno and visit often, so wanted to book a hotel that would feel special. This did not disappoint. We were welcomed by Chris (superstar) and again by Tom (rockstar) at the bar. We ordered room service for breakfast, which was lovely and the room was comfortable, with little touches such as complementary change for the arcades, ear plugs, eye masks, dressing gowns and slippers. We upgraded upon arrival to a sea view and this was accommodated due to availability. It was a great base to explore Llandudno properly and super cosy. Thank you all, we'll be back.

What a wonderfully warm welcome we received on arrival at the Belmont. Staff really cannot do enough for you at this hotel. We stayed the first night in a superior king room which is stunning but had to move the second night due to booking it later and that room not being available. Staff were so kind allowing us to store our luggage for the day, advising on activities to do and generally being friendly and helpful. In fact everyone was so genuinely friendly and helpful including the housekeeping staff who always had a cheery good morning for you and went on a search for coat hangers I’d left in the previous room the night before for us. Special mentions for Benjamin and Jenny both an absoloute credit to your team who both go above and beyond for the guests. Will look forward to staying again in the future.

Great little hotel. Great room with sea view (305). Great friendly staff Good choice for breakfast. Only comments would (1st World problems) the toaster is slow (but worth the wait - Great bread =good toast) and same with lift a little pedestrian- as I say not really problems. Fab toiletries robes slippers etc. Great find would defo come back.

Whenever we go to Llandudno we always stay at The Belmont, and we always book one of the two rooms with a balcony. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities. The staff are all friendly and attentive and always have time for a chat. Breakfast is brilliant and you get a superb choice. A lot of reviewers moan about parking, but we always book online at the Llandudno railway car park, which is only a 10 minute walk.

Great location clean and comfy hotel staff very nice and breakfast good
The lift is slow and windows need a clean but I think that’s all hotels in general
