Very nice for short a stay

The location is very good close to the beach but very dirty and unhygienic rooms especially shower. The carpet was dump, windows very dirty, the bedding was no fresh and we’re not changed throughout our 5 day trip. No towels were provided. l loved the location but l definitely would not go back to this same hotel

Good place for short stay and price is cheap.

I see it has gone into liquidation.I am not surprised.My Dad had to ram newspaper under the sash window to stop it rattling,carpets in both bedrooms were filthy, fittings were festooned in cobwebs, green slime was evident under soap dispensers,the list goes on and this was about 10 years ago.

The price we paid reflected the state of this hotel. It was clean but the bed & shower were broken. The hotel was closing down for refurbishment so can understand not spending money on things. It's a pity as the hotel is in a great location with fantastic views

1- the breakfast was really good. That's the ONLY good thing to happen 2- Damp in the bathroom 3- Mold behind the bathroom taps 4- Shower didn't work. Could only have a bath 5- Wallpaper peeling off the ceiling and wall 6- Curtains not fitted on the rails 7- Window was filthy inside and outside 8- bed was on a tilt ( if I slept on the leaning tower of Pisa I would have been better) 9- My bed had broken slats 10- Other bed was really squeaky 11- Hole in the wall in the bathroom 12- No toilet brush 13- No extra towels ( including hand towels) 14- was told couldn't have breakfast on the Monday when we stayed 15- Never a member of staff when needed them 16- Bar was not open 17- Lift didn't work plus it was way too small for me 18- window didn't close plus other one didn't open. 19- beautiful seaview but have to go up on a step to see it 20- Door is very loud and can't keep it open if needed 21- Loose light fittings above both beds 22- Old blankets in the wardrobes 23- Dirt on top of the wardrobe 24- No bin in the room only a tiny bin in the bathroom 25- Owner didn't seem to like talking to guests 26- unwanted person knocking on my door at 6:18am. See pictures. Not going to be staying here again. Beautiful cats and dog was getting many affection from me

We stayed here last weekend and thought it was great. The staff were friendly and approachable. Our room was on the 1st floor, small but clean. We were able to take our bikes into our room, we also had the option of storing them downstairs in secure storage. Our room consisted of a comfortable bed, two bedside tables, a small lamp. There were plenty of charging points. We also had a wardrobe, tv and beverage making stuff. Toilet, sink and shower with soap provided. Towels were also provided. For somewhere to sleep and shower, this hotel was a bargain.

Didn't have a clean smell when entering the bed and breakfast, the rooms were dirty and only allocated 1 towel per person. the beds were metal which creaked, the extra blanket which was stuffed in the wardrobe was dirty and was only 1 for a triple room, the bathroom was thick with mould on the ceiling and around the bath there was fleas in the bathroom and had a broken Extractor fan, the bathroom consists of a toilet and bath, the sink was allocated in the bedroom with a shavers light above with no bulb in and a tv aerial which was wired to the shavers light above the sink, there was stains on the carpet the walls were dirty with stains on the wall coffee/ tea and blood stains there was a scorched mark on the carpet the rooms smelt and the sash windows had no way of keeping it open and one was sealed shut the curtains were falling apart only a few lights worked. When speaking to other guests they had nothing good to say about it and all who knew the whitehouse says it's the worse bed and breakfast in Llandudno.
