Brilliant

A £50 one night stay, without parking or breakfast was probably around the right price for a stay in central Llandudno. Location was great and the host was enthusiastically helpful. Room was warm and en suite was good with good shower cubicle and mirror light. Decor was eclectic and a little dated. Neon green toilet seat and lid. This was Room 8. On the gripes, lack of parking was disappointing. We were lucky to squeeze into the last space on the street. The pay and display car park behind is for short stay only. Room 8 is a family room, which is great for a family, but for the 2 of us, the bunk beds did nothing but take up room, restrict visibility of the TV and hamper access to the curtains. Slept badly as the mattress was too soft and felt like my head was hanging lower than my body. It's OK for a one night stay after a night out, but just lacks the sparkle to make it a great experience.

Clean and tidy, great service a little bit dated but overall highly recommended

Only one issue,The bed was a bunk beds. This beds are for children.not very comfortable for a adult.the bed cover didn’t keep me warm. No heating, so wake up many times cold... to rent this room out to adults, you need to get beds for adults.The building was clean and nice. Breakfast was ok

It was a cosy room, excellent bathroom to go with it. Quiet. Hearty,taste breakfast. One or two areas could do with lick of paint/tidy up nothing serious Would recommend 👍👍

Hosts lovely. Appreciate it was May bank holiday weekend so only room we could get. Decor tired and in desperate need of updating. Furniture eclectic and old but not antique. £130 for two adults and one child far too expensive. Sorry but won't stay again.

The hotel is under some renovation works including ensuite facilities. The rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and the hoists are very pleasant. We selected to have breakfasts which were well cooked, hot and plentiful. There is plenty of street parking, sometimes not outside the hotel but local. great location to shops restaurants and beaches. Lovely part of the world.

Avoid!!! £375 for an outdated room for one night, one double & two sets of old bunkbeds, the room was dirty, unkempt and damp on the walls, the lining paper was actually holding part of the wall in place, ( owners reasoning was it’s dry damp )!. No breakfast & no lounge as stated on some booking sites. Furniture was all mismatched, the bathroom taps spun as you turned them on but they were also fitted back to front. I love old buildings and expect some features but it was so bad to the point of hilarious, and never had such an experience. The owner on first appearance comes across really pleasant and helpful but soon showed his other side when concerns were raised over the upkeep of the rooms etc thinking I was just trying to play him and be nasty and then he and apparently his business partner became quite verbally aggressive and demeaning, will never recommend.
