Very good hotel in Llandudno. Good location, good service and very nice welcoming. Free breakfast and cleaning service. Very enjoyable and relaxing in my journey.

Our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable especially the bed. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices including cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt and full English breakfast! Our Hosts Roy and Jose are the best at making you feel very welcome.

We've come to this wonderful guesthouse many times over the years. The rooms are all ensuite and spotless. The breakfasts are amazing. The owners are friendly as were their predecessors. It is great value.

Read the reviews previous to booking and completely as described. Owners were a pleasure to talk to, the property was a lovely building typical of Llandudno high end properties and the breakfast was easily the best we’ve ever had. Recommend this property and owners highly and will visit again. Thank you Roy and Jose.

Spot on place, Jose & I think Roy were the owners, great people, brilliant breakfast, great location, free street parking outside the property.
Mostyn room I stayed in, feel was room number 10, brilliant room, really comfy bed, good shower, no complaints at all.
