Another wonderful stay at an elegant seafront hotel! We last stayed at this hotel around 21 years ago, and stayed in the Imperial Suite. This time as it was just the two of us, we stayed two nights in the Mostyn Suite (Room 114), which was a beautiful suite, and decorated very nicely. The location of the hotel is just perfect, you are where you need to be, the sea and beach is directly in front, and the atttractions, like the pier, tram etc and just a very short walk nearby. We arrived a little early and were pleased to be told that our room was ready, and that meant we could unpack and enjoy the afternoon fully. There is a small car park behind the hotel, and you have to be lucky to get a spot. We planned on using the leisure facilities - Mint Condition, but with the weather being so good, we never ended up having the time, there is so much to see and do, and equally it's quite nice to not do anything and enjoy and soak up the scenery and sun. We only had breakfast here and the service was excellent, all the staff we encountered from check-in, to check-out were all really friendly and polite. I'm glad we got to experience staying here again, it was just how I remembered it being, and around the hotel there are so many places to eat, or have a wander around. Hopefully it won't be as long again before we're back.
