We stayed here while visiting family over Christmas, and couldn't ask for better hosts - Mick and Gail are very informative and helpful. The room itself has everything we needed, very spacious and well decorated. We opted for breakfast every morning which was made from fresh high quality ingredients, there was a large variety and was delicious! Highly recommend :)

Just returned from a lovely stay at Mostyn House. The hosts, Gail & Mick are so friendly & welcoming & can't do enough for you. Lovely room tastefully decorated by Gail with quality bed linen, white fluffy towels, Yorkshire tea, home made shortbread biscuits & bottled water. Excellent breakfast - tasty & plentiful using quality produce. Good selection of cereals, orange juice, fresh fruit & several flavours of yoghurt. Choice of traditional breakfast, omelette or eggs benedict or royale accompanied by toast, jam & marmalade & great coffee. The Mostyn House tea room is also highly recommended. Gail bakes the cakes which are gorgeous & Mick makes the best lattes.

Lovely couple of nights in this homely B&B. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Gail had a pot of tea ready for us in an instant and Mick assisted with our luggage and finding a parking space. We had a comfortable room, with small but adequate en-suite and a sofa to relax on. TV, drinks tray and a most welcome fan to help with the heat. Breakfast was lovely, quality produce, nicely cooked and presented. Gail also bakes her own cakes for the tea room which we didn’t sample this time but looked delicious. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated - even their small courtyard garden was a picture of colour! Most importantly, they made our dog just as welcome, spoiling her with cheese and yoghurt at breakfast! We gathered that Gail & Mick were still very new to the B&B business but you’d be hard pushed to tell, they are natural hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Aside from parking, which is never easy in Llandudno, Mostyn House is in a great location handy for the prom, the pier, park, tram and cable car and town centre too! Sure to return!

Nice, friendly tearoom The best scones I’ve ever had! The tea hit the spot on a cold rainy day!! Definitely stop in when you want a nice cup of tea and a treat. The Bo rage yea sets are charming and the owners very personable.

What a beautiful b&b ! Gail and Mick, who own it, are a lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble for them. On arrival Mick helped with the luggage while Gail prepared a welcoming brew ! The rooms are beautiful, our room (room 3) was gorgeous, we had a separate sitting area with a comfy settee & cushions to relax after a hectic day. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was lovely. Our ensuite was first class with the most luxuriously soft fluffy white towels - the bath sheet was enormous ! Gail had baked her own shortbread which was left for us the sample on the tea/coffee tray and it it was scrumptious 😋. Our cooked breakfast was delicious, we were asked when we arrived what time we wanted breakfast and what did we want ! We could have ANYTHING- I opted for my favourite eggs benedict which didn't disappoint - luscious ham, softly poached eggs and creamy hollandaise set me up for the day. My partner had the full Welsh breakfast which was cooked to perfection and had everything on it ! We were offered a selection of cereals, beautiful fresh berries and melon, and a variety of yogurts plus fresh orange juice, our breakfast was followed by toast and strawberry jam and marmalade. The dining room is transformed into a beautifull tea room open to the public from 11.00-5.00 6 days a week serving Gail's homemade cakes and scones and afternoon tea. Gail also baked my partner a lemon drizzle birthday cake and got a balloon which was a lovely surprise for him when he entered our room and Gail was almost apologetic when I asked her what I owed her ! Needless to say I gave her more than she had said !! The cake was so light and the lemon frosting so tangy. We will certainly be going back to stay there when we next return to Llandudno !

This guest house stands out on the street amongst a all host of other guesthouses, we were attracted by the Palour - Tea Room. We called in for Tea, Scones, Jam and Cream - which were lovely. The Palour was beautifully decorated and hosts were very welcoming and chatty. The food was homemade and tasty. A real find! After meeting the hosts and seeing the inside of the accommodation and the high finish I would definitely stay here - a great base, location and hosts.
