Needs repair. Not in good condition. Lift didn’t work. Staff needs to be more polite. Wont stay again.

We booked a twin room at the Can-Y-Bae, arrived and found that we were actually staying at the Central as the Can-Y-Bae is now part of the next door hotel! Free parking and greeted warmly. Check in was friendly and informative. We received an upgraded room with sea view which was welcome, kind and again unexpected. Our room was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed. We ran out of milk and the receptionist couldnt have been more obliging, as were all the other staff. The place is evidently being refurbished but caused no disruption or disturbance at all. English breakfast was served in a lovely dining area with fresh hot food, cereal and juices. Could not fault anything and have rebooked for August. We cant wait.

Clean and tidy hotel.
Double bed good.
Pillows all too hard, resulting in sore neck, lack of sleep due to moving about for comfort.
Shower head too heavy for holder, meaning it wouldnt face out.
Was not informed front door would be locked at 7am when i left for work and only seen this via a notice on the door as i tried to leave.
Could not find my way to the backdoor and when i did i had a 7,8min walk around the building to get to my car which was parked directly outside the front door.

The stay was ok for the price room a bit old fashioned not alot of space there was pen on the bed runner aswel
