Modern hotel in a lovely area, but heating didn’t seem to work in the room so it was quite cold.

Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautifully situated in N. Wales in a somewhat remote area surrounded by beautiful trees and loads of green. It is about a 25-30 minute drive to Conwy and Caernarfon Castle (also highly recommend!). The staff were friendly and professional. Jay at the front desk helped us out a few times and answered all our questions about the area. The included breakfast was delicious with so many options! The restaurant was also yummy for dinner. The rooms were modern and clean with comfortable beds, cozy big towels and a separate shower/toilet. They do have a washer and dryer on site for £1.50 wash/£2.00 dry, but a warning that the washer is tricky to operate (my husband googled instructions using the washer serial number) and the dryer isn’t very powerful. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We spent a night here this June attending the Bryan Adams concert - and we were so happy we chose as we did. Check in was pleasant and easy. Our airline had changed our flights and we had issues as a result. I raised these with the staff at check in - I believe their names were Jan and Millie - and they got onto it right away and sorted us out. Since we were visiting from the US they gave some wonderful suggestions as to what we could do during our stay. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. And we slept perfectly. Breakfast this morning was fantastic too. Full marks in every aspect. And Jan and Millie were just the best. They are the epitome of great staff and they are a credit to the hotel. Thank you so kindly for your care and attention. We hope to return soon.

Couldn’t hire bikes. Says bike hire available, but it was to the place next door. Which was closed. Probably can’t hire bikes till school holidays

Great hotel but a bit remote so need a car to get about. Accommodation was ideal for us and restaurant food - breakfast and dinner - was good (which was a god send as there are limited restaurants around about). Staff were very friendly. Hotel was extremely busy, which was nice to see. The hotel has EV chargers which they are upgrading, so that is great too.
