Nighttime plagued by seagull infighting on the roof opposite my window.
Room temperature was too high for the summertime, otherwise a pleasant stay.

This hotel is excellent, with all your needs taken care of, it was clean, tidy, warm and cosy. The staff were helpful and friendly, they made you feel as if you were special. We well defiantly go back

The location is great but parking has to be paid for and you have to put a ticket on your car by 8am - really ridiculous set up The room was clean and spacious and there was no issue with noise The staff were friendly but struggled to sort out the issue we had with the pre paid wifi

Was an over night stay in Llanelli and booked a room for an adult and my teen son. We had to share a double bed which was not great. I was in the room initially as my son returned early hours from a school foreign trip. Curtains were ripped and marks on walls and dirty grouting on floor of bathroom. The bed was comfy and a great shower and breakfast was extra £5.99 'to go' but I opted to buy in my own. Complimentary tea bags and coffee and sugar with milk. Location was ideal for my purpose and a good central location.

Had a lovely welcome with Richard very friendly and helpful, go there regular and wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting friends and family, lovely and clean and in an ideal situation for shops and entertainment, will be staying there again shortly.

Absolutely dire. Room was dirty and window wasn't sealed properly so you could hear all the noise from outside. The was poo on the toilet seat and around the toilet bowl. Shower could be described as mild at best when on full heat. Avoid staying here

Richard and his team looked after us superbly (as they always do). Nothing was to much trouble. Returning in May already looking forward to it! Room basic but clean. Hotel has an excellent location, right in the centre of town. Supermarket,cinema, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Car parking is the only issue (4hrs maximum) but this is clearly displayed in reception.
