We have just stayed for one night at this establishment. The staff are friendly and our room was lovely. A good comfy bed to sleep in, my only gripe was that the pillows were hard. The food is also good & very reasonably priced. We will definitely return in the future.

The bed was not comfortable due to the springed base. Staff very friendly. Room was quite small and bathroom was tiny.

Perfect stay, the photos on the website don’t do this place justice! My room was well sized and recently refurbished and spotless. Breakfast was really nice and free and was asked if I want more and was certainly full after it! Will be staying again soon.

A warm welcome and we were delighted when we were shown our room - it was large, spotless and very nicely appointed with a huge bed and a large shower. Our evening meal was nicely presented and the portions were generous, although we had only ordered "light bites". Similarly, the breakfast was all we could have wished for. Superb value for money and a very pleasant stay.

A friend and I spent a long weekend here in order to visit Powis Castle nearby. We had a warm welcome, our room had been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated, keeping many original features of this very old building.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
Would recommend this hotel.
