I visit this place for one night, at arrival the rrom was different from the ones I viewed on the web, pictures, at night when doing the check out and paying as where suppossed to get out early next day , I was ask to include the tip into the value of my room rate...¿¿¿¿¿ In all the countries I have been I never has been asked for something like that...also when asking for something for breakfast next morning they told me that the breakfast begginns at 9 am.....yes not early that that, we left at 7_20 AM with out even a cup of tea......., the place was clean and neat but will not go again unless I need to

Very nice historical building built in 1880, 5 th generation owner , on a working farm about 4 miles outside of frutalliar, large rooms with small but efficient bathroom

Lovely old home just outside of town so it was very quiet and with a great view of Osorno Volcano. Delicious breakfast every day. Comfortable room and bed.

Great place to stay away from the crowds
It was a great place to stay not far away from the lake, very friendly and family run business, perfect for children with a small park, friendly doggy and lots of space, a place with History and Character, breakfast was perfect and service great

Impossível não se apaixonar por este lugar. Além de uma decoração belíssima, o casarão está rodeado de história e preserva artefatos e detalhes que nos fazem viajar no tempo. Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis. O banheiro também é bem estruturado com uma ducha quente para os dias frios. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns também é impecável. Há muito espaço para passear, jardins lindos para apreciar e para as crianças brincarem em segurança. E se tiver disposição, caminhe alguns minutos até o lago ( Playa Maqui) e desfrute de uma paisagem maravilhosa. Vista semelhante a que tivemos na suíte 3. O café da manhã foi delicioso, além de muito bem servido, há tortas e pães artesanais feitos no local. Foram dias lindos, nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos e muito bem atendidos por todos. Recomendo um banho na banheira aquecida que fica no jardim para relaxar.

La habitaciones aceptables pero se escuchaba en el techo ratones. Dice q tiene vista al lago y no es así. Está al otro lado de la carretera. Y las tinajas tienes un costo adicional alto. No está incluido en la reserva. Y debes pedirlo con 24 horas de anticipación. La verdad que no la recomiendo.
